Upon arrival, we (3 adults) wanted to stay in a 2-bed room (12 kV m, no more) + cot, because as they said they always do. Let me remind you that this is a 5 * hotel. For $ 10 we were settled in the same 12 kV m, but the room already had a double bed and another ordinary, and thank you for that. In the mini bar room for 3 people we had 1 water 0.5. For 7 days we renewed the water once. Room cleaning -1 time in 3 days, change of bed linen 1 time in 7 days. The bed is covered and even with holes. Then a surprise awaits you in the form of paid Wi-fi 10 € for 7 days and paid beach towels 10 $ per piece. Wi-fi works poorly, I went to the administrator more than once, connected again, because because of the login and password they saw I could not log in. The dining room (this is not a 5 * restaurant) is just a small dining room then a particular disappointment.

The food is monotonous, the choice is small. Don't wait for seafood. In 7 days there was a trout once and a few more times mackerel cooked in fried oil.

The fact that it is prepared was a little smelly right on the beach. Of fruits: watermelon, melon, grapes, peach, pear. For breakfast you will find nothing but eggs, dried buns, oatmeal and yesterday's salads. The queues for breakfast, lunch and dinner are simply incredible, there are not enough tables for everyone. People go with plates in search of a table and ask someone to sit at the table. They tried to come to the end to avoid queues - resulting in empty trays that no one renews. That is, half an hour before the end of lunch or dinner you will eat what is left. The situation at the bar is the same. At 22.00 there is no alcohol, sprite or collie (the bar is open until 23.00) And it's all included? ? ? You can also forget about snacking. After lunch you can have french fries and a hamburger - this is the maximum. I have not seen such savings on food in any country or hotel, even 3 *.

The situation on the beach is not the best, there are not enough sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone.
People leave towels on sunbeds in the evening to make room in the morning. Reminiscent of a holiday in the Crimea 15 years ago. But this is the present and the 5 * hotel, as they call themselves. Animation can be said - no. The boy and girl animators at 10.00 are charging by the sea (10 minutes), gymnastics by the pool (15 minutes) and volleyball on the beach - the end of the entertainment program for the day. Evening shows - hug and cry.

On the plus side, it is a beautiful, well-kept area. The hotel is small, but clean, Instagram. The sea and mountains, which are very close to the hotel, try to cover all the huge disadvantages of the hotel. The sea is really gorgeous, the water is very warm, clean, the beach - small pebbles.

There are many disadvantages and it takes a long time to write. This is my first response in life, which I hope will save tourists from the spoiled vacation we all look forward to.

I definitely do not recommend the hotel! This is not the place you want to return to. Think twice before booking a room.
