Just arrived from this hotel. General impression: up to 5 stars, he clearly falls short (this is "to put it mildly"). Upon arrival (at 3 o'clock in the morning (special thanks to the RTI tour operator for rescheduling the flight for more than 8 hours) we were settled in room 3001, about 10 sq. m. fed, even tea was not offered, promising to relocate in a day. The hotel, during our entire stay, was not even half full. We moved the next day through another duty officer at the reception. The room is normal. Cleaned daily, but... then they forget to put toilet paper, then a towel for the feet... The bar was replenished regularly. The food is not even 3 stars: I will post a photo and you will see everything for yourself. We were especially "conquered" by the episode with strawberries: it was "given" 2 times in 18 days (in the first - we did not have time to take it, because there were about 2-3 kg in total. (whoever came to the beginning of the dinner managed to), and the second time it was distributed to the Turks and Germans, and when we asked the waiter to bring it to us, we received a saucer with six berries for three (in the photo, if they don’t remove it, you will see it, as well as the uncleaned dirty dishes in the corridor that stood there every day). Once "gave" lamb. Poorly cooked fish (boiled herring and mackerel and fried sprat). The sweet table and fruits do not stand up to criticism (you will also see this in the photo). During breakfast in the restaurant, mournful singing is included, which in no way contributes to raising the mood. The sea is wonderful as always in Kemer!! ! And here is the entrance to it. . . no one in the hotel entered from the shore, because it seems that construction debris was poured into it from the shore after the hotel was renovated: sharp stones and iron fittings (two of our men "caught" them 2 times). From the pier, the entrance is through a very uncomfortable staircase. The refrigerator with water and ayran on the beach is locked and you won’t use it in the morning (everything is subject to the convenience of the staff, not vacationers). On the beach, they turn on classical music (arias from operas) so loudly that you can’t hear each other, it’s just deafening. And yet, upon arrival, you can be settled in another Imperial, which is located on the second line (across the road), which is being renovated and there is no beach (this happened with several of our tourists, however, after 3 days they were moved to us at their repeated request ). They also tried to do the same with us, they were extremely indignant and they left us alone. But the hotel was not even half loaded, if not a third. . . With the departure, we were also "lucky": the flight from 23h. 35min was rescheduled for 10 a. m. Thus RTI "stole" 2 days from us. Animation in the hotel is missing.
