Unfortunately, I don't recommend this hotel or would ever visit it again. The positives are the location and the sea, but that's not the hotel's fault. Kemer is a magical region of Turkey! We arrived at the hotel at 5 a. m. , three adults and a seven-year-old granddaughter. We were prepared for check-in until 2 p. m. , but we weren't prepared for reception to not see us until 7 a. m. We couldn't get coffee in the lobby before 7 a. m. We received our room card at 2:15 p. m. Our room was two-room on the 5th floor. The room wasn't cleaned at all!! ! They only took out the trash. We went to reception several times for toilet paper. The same thing happened with refilling the minibar. Of course, bringing water or a drink to your room for yourself is not difficult, but...Some might say I should have left a tip. I might leave one on the 5th or 6th day, but as a token of gratitude for the excellent work. It seemed like they didn't have the resources or energy for our room, the last one on the 5th floor. The pool is a whole other story. The water is ice-cold!! ! My granddaughter only went down the slide once and froze. The pools are empty. Even in the indoor pool, the water is VERY cold (three days of bad weather, and you can't swim). There's a real hunt for the tables in the restaurant. There are a lot of chipped dishes. . The food is a "3", we weren't hungry, but there was NO variety. The bars are a separate story!! ! The alcoholic drinks are EXCELLENT!! ! A big thank you to the bartenders! The animators from the "Kids' Club" did a great job. The girls worked with the kids, played and danced. The kids were delighted! The working hours are well thought out! From 9:30 PM to 12:00 PM, the kids are supervised at the Kids' Club, and their parents are at the disco!! ! And that's great! A big thank you to the massage therapist Kemkan Fazil! A young, handsome, attentive guy with strong hands!! ! Excellent work!! ! All the guys at the SPA are very friendly! Well done! The beach is another not very pleasant moment. For such a large hotel (500 rooms ~ 1.500 people), it is very small. There are very few sun loungers and they are so close together that to get to the sea, you need to go around them all or step over tables. Of course, they start selling towels as early as 7 a. m. , and there are NO free seats on the pier by 6 a. m.!! ! The Ala Carte restaurant, as our guide told us, is a PAID restaurant!! ! And finally! On the day of your departure, when you hand over your room cards at 12:00 p. m. , they change your bracelets. It's not a non-alcoholic one. If you're picked up at 11:00 p. m. , you won't be able to drink alcohol or beer. . Of course, we relaxed and swam in the sea, but the hotel will remain unforgettable. The price is high for such service!! !
