Unfortunately, I did not think to read the reviews and chose this hotel !!!!!
Rested in this hotel in June 2008 ...just arrived.
I will write as it is and from MY POINT OF VIEW!
1. The first thing that spoiled the impression: dirty tablecloths on the tables (REALLY DIRTY), which have never been changed for all 10 days of our vacation and they have become dirtier and more disgusting every day (for squeamish people like me, this is unacceptable)
2. The rooms are cleaned as follows: he will come, make the bed, throw out the garbage, hang dirty towels in the right way and at the end put one bottle of water in the refrigerator. ALL!!!! ! For a week they changed the bed once (thank God they changed it at least once : )
3. Food: in principle normal, but not alcoholic drinks, i. e. water, cola, etc. are poured into reusable plastic cups that are not always well washed.

When cola is poured, you can even see a layer of fat from the previous milkshake on top (and this is usually always without exception)
4. Salt water from the tap against the background of other problems seems just a trifle : )))
5. The eternal shortage of sun loungers near the pool, because the Russian mentality suggests taking places from 7 in the morning by throwing towels on and not being at this place all day (although less than half are actually occupied)! Rednecks!! ! You can't call it otherwise!
6. Dirty appliances in the "restaurants" of the hotel's catering, and sometimes their complete absence!
7. The beach on the sea is very good, no negative phenomena have been identified for the entire period : )
8. A safe in the room weighing 500 grams (15cm x 20cm) is screwed to a chipboard cabinet with a self-tapping screw: ))))the limit of fantasy: )))))
9. Air conditioning in the room .....I'll start with the fact that this is not air conditioning, but general ventilation, which sometimes in the evenings drives barely cool air and during the day, I'm sorry, "stinky" warm air with admixtures of catering smells

Eternal queues for half of the dishes in the "restaurant" (in our language - the canteen). Is it really impossible to organize the work properly so that there are no queues.
11. One fine evening, the "air conditioner" did not work for us. And at the reception they answered with a serious expression on their faces, I quote: the air conditioner has lunch, it is resting!!! ! Oh ...oh (I'm sorry, I can't do otherwise) !! ! I got angry! On the same evening, the master pinned down and forced the resting air conditioner to work.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO CONTINUE FOR A LONG AND tedious!!!!!

My conclusion: given their work, or rather the lack of it, they dishonor Turkey as a tourist country with perfect service!! ! I have something to compare with: 2 star hotel in Bulgaria (which is not so popular)
In Ozkaymak Marina 5 * you can give a maximum of 1 * and this will only be for a good pool.
Therefore, if possible, choose another hotel, ANY, and you will have a great chance not to spoil your vacation!! ! GOOD LUCK!!!!
