Hi all. We rested with my husband and friends in Ozkaymak marina hotel 5 * from 6.09. 08. to 13.09. 08. and I can tell you right away
that on a five-point system, I would put 10. The previous reviews are simply amazing, which were even scary to read.
It seems that people were resting in a completely different place. We flew with the Pegasus travel agency.
I liked the flight by plane (the view of the mountains is just super). I'll start with the fact that Turkey met us with such a bright sun and fertile warmth that there was no limit to joy.
(We have the sun in Russia in the summer, it will soon become some kind of miracle). The temperature was about 40 degrees (class! ).
On the way to the hotel, the guide girl was very interesting about the sights. Kemer has amazing nature.
We arrived at the hotel before check-in, left our bags in the lobby (they are monitored there), had a quiet meal and went for a walk.
And I will tell everyone right away that, unlike us, who sometimes cannot communicate normally in their own language, almost everyone in Turkey speaks Russian, or at least understands you. Two very friendly Russian girls worked at the reception (special thanks to them for clarifying all issues).
At 2 o'clock registration began and we were safely accommodated in a wonderful room, the view of which overlooked the main pool, the sea and the mountains (leaving the balcony early in the morning, one could observe such beauty that it takes your breath away! ). The room is very, I repeat VERY CLEAN, cleaned every day (even came at a different time if we refused cleaning).
We even turned off the air conditioner at night, because it was cool.
But before I forget, on the first day we signed up for a Turkish massage (it’s just some kind of fantasy: at the beginning you are rubbed with some kind of “mitten”, then covered with such a cap of foam that you feel like a small soap bubble.
Then coffee peeling and chocolate wrapping awaited me - it was very pleasant, and the smell was simply amazing, not to mention the fact that the skin became just silky).
I can say the following about food: I, a person who is quite picky about food, ate there with great pleasure!
The food was so varied and tasty that it is simply impossible not to eat. Very tasty desserts. Drinks on tap were ALWAYS poured into CLEAN cups (not a single spot, I don’t know if someone looked at the dishes under a microscope).
Tablecloths and tables were always clean.
The waiters are very smart, very friendly, they will always say good morning, wish you a good appetite, give you a friendly smile (in general, the Turks are very friendly people, which unfortunately cannot be said about many Russians who rested with us, who demanded to smile at them, yelled and demanded a drink, honestly speaking, she was amazed at the patience of the Turks, she herself would not have endured such rudeness).
We made friends with the bartender Ibrahim, in general, all the guys there are great, very sociable.
Pools in Ozkaymake 3: the first for a very relaxing holiday, the second with water slides is not very deep, probably more for children (but believe me, we experienced no less delight from riding them than children; and my husband simply could not drag me off them) !
The third pool is considered the main one, (this is exactly the place where we spent most of our time) probably whoever was there will immediately remember the fountain, it is so pleasant to lie under it, there are also two slides.
It was here that all the events were held, in which we took part with great pleasure. Many thanks to our animators: Alena, Katyushka, Mamelli, Mustafa, Yulyashka and others. Thanks to them, even such simple games as swimming in the pool and popping balloons on a chair became real fun, because the chair on which we have to sit down and burst the balloon is all time ran away in a place with animators, and try to catch up at the beginning. In general, all the competitions were very pleasant! Various events were held at the hotel every evening (in the beginning it was a children's disco from 20-30 to 21-00, and then for everyone else): We had a magician, the fire show was just super, and on the last evening there was a Miss Turkey contest ( where the boys dressed up as these very misses) almost fell off their chairs from laughter. Every day, the animator Yulia did gymnastics, aqua gymnastics and belly dancing, in general, there is no time to be bored!
In the evenings after dinner, around 19-00 (the sun was already setting) we went shopping (they are open there until 24-00, so if someone can’t stand the heat at all, this is the most fertile time for walking). In one of the shops we met Akhmet (what cool dresses and blouses he has! the girls will understand me, I wanted to buy everything at once), in general, now we are corresponding with him via the Internet (very funny).
A little about entertainment. Since we went only for 7 days (we would gladly go for 3 weeks, but our daughters were waiting for us at home), and this turned out to be catastrophically small, it seemed to us a pity to spend time on all the entertainment, and we only rode a boat and flew by parachute (be sure to try it! ).
I didn’t dare to raft down a mountain river, but our husbands came from there in complete delight. All this is filmed on camera, watching the disc is a great pleasure.
