I have rested in Kemer 7 times, there is something to compare with. I didn’t read the reviews, I didn’t want to be upset, I chose by price. The hotel is still far from Ultra all inclusive.
Check-in - arrived at 9 am, settled at about 12 noon. People who arrived at night were sleeping in the hotel lobby. The excitement knew no bounds! They didn’t give money for the settlement, thanked with a chocolate bar.
The room has no complaints. We lived in a new building 4416, new furniture, large plasma, new plumbing, white and clean bedding. The bar was replenished daily - 1.5 liters of water, 2 juices of 200 ml, 2 bottles of soda of 200 ml. The rooms in the old building are bad and many complained.

The food was good, we weren't hungry. The hotel is large, there are many people, a contingent of Russians (always drunk and dissatisfied), Turks, Iranians, Azerbaijanis, a few Ukrainians and Belarusians. But the fact is, I had to go to the opening of the restaurant. If you come half an hour later there is no choice of dishes, everything is empty and not replenished. Yes, there is practically nowhere to sit, everything is busy, you stick around with a plate like a fool. Everything is raked, dry food remains (for breakfast) and grass (salads) for lunch and dinner in different forms, plus semolina in different colored forms. Fruits - apples, grapes, unimportant grapefruits and oranges, green tangerines. I don't drink alcohol, they didn't matter to me.
Two beaches suck!! ! 1 sandy beach in the backwater, where there are ships and yachts. The sea is dirty and muddy, it floats gomno and fuel oil, food waste from ships, foam plastic and all sorts of rubbish. The body after bathing was covered with fat and oil.
The second beach, near the city beach on gravel, is dirty, full of cigarette butts, garbage, mattresses and umbrellas are dirty, torn. Turks and Turkish families with children are constantly rubbing, making noise, staring, brazenly occupying the hotel's sunbeds (although they are obliged to drive outsiders, as they do on the neighboring beach), and the dirty beach caretaker decides his business of renting....Here the sea is clean and you can swim freely.
The territory of the hotel is beautiful, green and well-groomed. Wi-Fi is weak for free, catches near the reception.
