We arrived on 07/12/19 as a family of 2 adults and 3 children (11 years old, 8 years old, 1 year old) at 20:00, checked in immediately, we were given a key and showed us which way to go. The room was not bad, clean, the bathroom was clean, the furniture was old but clean, there was a nuance that the air conditioner did not work, they immediately went down to the reception and said that the air conditioner was not working, to which they received an answer: -after 30 minutes. the master will fix everything. The bracelets were given to us after we asked about them. When asked where to have dinner and find out the hotel's opening hours, we received a short answer: look around. After that, the mood was no longer for a pleasant conversation. We went to eat a little and examined the territory and returned to the room, but the master did not come. We returned to the reception, but in response we heard that there were no free rooms, wait for the master. We were waiting for him at 22:30, during which time we heard a lot of complaints about the fact that the air conditioners in the hotel did not work for many. When patience ran out, we went to the reception again, and already persistently began to talk about solving the problem, the manager at the reception became nervous and called somewhere, after which within 5 minutes. the master was in our room, dismantled the air conditioner, it seemed to change the engine, but the problem was not solved; the air conditioner blew warm air like a fan. In the morning, the story continued, and as it turned out, that the breakdown was in the general air conditioning system, by the evening everything was fixed and it was already cold, weakly, but enough for us.
Constant problems with the operation of the elevator, someone always got stuck in them, basically only one worked, and two elevators stood.
The food was not particularly pleasing, every day rice and pasta, soups like gruel, but since there was nothing for a one-year-old child, I had to choose a non-spicy soup and feed it. There is no food for small children, although it is indicated in the description of the hotel for lunch and dinner - a children's menu. The meat was most often chicken, there was beef, tongue. I don’t know the name of the fish, but it looks like a herring, it was baked. Fruits - apples, oranges and watermelon. Baking is not tasty fresh. Cakes, a variety of cakes you can choose for yourself. Lots of cheeses, sausage is not possible.

The only thing that can be rated 5 is the territory of the hotel, large, well-groomed, beautiful.
The service staff at the hotel are trying hard for the guests.
Managers at the reception need to be changed partly, they understand you only when they want to.
