A good rest, if you do not look for flaws and do not find fault with all the nuances that arose almost every day. Since we went to Kemer for the first time, we were pleasantly surprised that every 2nd person in the hotel and in the city speaks Russian, which is definitely a plus for people who do not know foreign languages. Almost all staff in the hotel speak Russian. The hotel is old building, but everything is clean and tidy. Every day, rooms are cleaned, towels and bed linen are changed 3 times a week. With the cleaning of the room, we had a double opinion - as we arrived there was no small money to leave a tip. . . everything came clean, beautifully laid out towels, in general, there is nothing to complain about. The next day, they left 10 lire, approximately $ 5, what was our surprise that, having left the money, there was no cleaning in the room (they didn’t even take out the ashtray), towels were simply thrown in a pile on uninhabited beds and that’s it. We concluded from this that the cleaning in the room is carried out better and it is better when you don’t leave money. Once they hung up a sign with a request not to disturb, which the cleaner with a clear conscience brazenly ignored. Another of the unpleasant moments - the TV did not work in the room, they came to the reception 4 times - there was no result, the Turkish administrator only said "my business is to write a piece of paper, and when the master will be, I don't know. " The master came on the 5th day when my husband fixed the TV himself. The minibar was replenished every day (2 small juices, 2 bottles of 0.33 mineral water and a 1.5 liter bottle of plain water). There are very few young people in the hotel (maybe the end of the season), mostly couples over 40 with children, so there is not much fun ((Animation is a separate story - 2 "clubs" cannot be called otherwise from Moscow as animators appeared at the hotel closer to dinner to improve their health in the bar. Evening animation in their performance consisted in the fact that before dinner they invited everyone to the CLUB... then they sat at the tables in the company of the Turks and again improved their health. More or less extended the animation of the Turks, then what contests - some songs, some dances are all at a very weak level, but still better than nothing. We bought into the beauty of the bay - I don’t recommend it in the future, since all the dirt and debris are washed ashore, especially in the morning after night festivities, contraceptives are washed ashore, which is not particularly pleasant. Also garbage is added by boats and yachts that are right there. At this time, it is better not to go, the sea is cold, the water does not warm up in the pools, respectively, no one bathes much and the water slides do not work. The food was very good, there was plenty of food - here you have both meat and fish, various side dishes, vegetables and fruits, amazingly delicious desserts. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are all Turkish-made, but you can drink). The hotel spa, to put it mildly, not very much. We ordered a procedure for 100 minutes - sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, foam massage and aroma massage + coffee face mask, for two we paid $ 100. I don’t recommend it - the sauna is cold and dry, so it probably takes a day to steam out normally. . . it’s cold in the hammam, they washed it “like in a car wash” they did a good massage, only very quickly. The jacuzzi was told that it didn’t work ((If you really want to enjoy the hammam and massage, go to the local agency (located across the street from the main entrance to the hotel on the right side) and only for $ 20 per person. You can also order excursions 2 times cheaper there than the tour operator. The second time I would not return there, but I will send my parents with great pleasure, having previously instructed)
