The bus cannot drive up to the hotel, because there are cars of staff and vacationers in front of the hotel. The entrance to the underground parking is closed. Therefore, you will have to roll your luggage along the cobblestones. We had a wedding anniversary, they told the reception about it, they got a room with two beds. Red wine is not only impossible to drink, it is scary to look at, it has an orange tint and sediment, white wine was tried once undiluted, the rest of the time it was always diluted !! ! But several times it was not there at all, although it was not observed on other tables either, that is, it did not even end, it simply did not exist! We went to buy wine in the store and came with our own!! ! It's in the "five" something stars! Other vacationers also bought alcoholic drinks for themselves in the store, since it is impossible to drink what is poured in this hotel! The food ended very quickly, the variety and quality did not please! The dishes are dirty
but in the gloomy canteen it is not visible, but if you look on the street, it's horror! Drinks are poured with someone else's lip prints on the glasses! In the canteen, tea and coffee were poured into paper cups. Somehow there were no empty seats in the canteen and we sat down at a well-served snow-white table, the waiters flocked to us and began to kick us out from the table, it turned out to be for their boss, but not for us, who pays both them and their boss! ! ! In the lobby bar drinks were poured mostly into plastic or paper cups!! ! In Turkish hotels, it is customary to serve tea in aramuds, but this is not the case, you go and burn your fingers on a paper cup! A very decent man was resting at the hotel at the same time as we were, for health reasons he could not stay in the sun, he spent all the time in the lobby, on the eighth day of his stay the bartender told him that he would not serve him, because he was sitting and drinking here for the eighth day (We did not see him drunk, although we talked).
I was struck by the unsanitary conditions of the hotel as a whole, everywhere there is solid dirt, stains and unpleasant odors. The only clean oasis is the "boss table"! In the room, all cleaning consisted of folding a blanket! Dust, balcony chairs, table, sink, toilet wiped with toilet paper myself! For two weeks only once in the room brought water. We rested in November with an open balcony, it was impossible to sleep, because the generator of this hotel was noisy for the whole quarter! In other hotels, generators run silently, my husband noticed when we were standing next to another hotel, and there was a generator in the back. The beach at the hotel is very dirty as well as the hotel! The end of the season, half of the equipment was dismantled and piled up in heaps, you are lying like in a landfill! The wooden flooring on the hotel beach is shaking all over, small children stumble and fall! When I came up to the shower, I failed, the boards rotted! Both legs were severely injured. Went to the hotel with bloody feet, called the manager,

I wanted to show him this hole in the flooring, he kicked away from me as best he could, until he realized that I would drag him there and drag him by the neck. Earlier, as it turned out, the employees of the beach bra also failed and told him about it . . The receptionist was extremely surprised by my indignation: "She fell herself! It's her fault! ". When I took the beach towels, I just began to laugh out loud, it was just a fringe, how they get this out of the washing machine, I just can’t imagine! But the spa employee gave two very worn ones, so we didn’t even change them afterwards. The bed linen was also torn, only the sheets were changed a couple of times. The towels in the room were probably changed from room to room, without bringing them to the laundry. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms, especially in the bathrooms, and there were none on the street. Apparently they fly out of the ventilation.
This conclusion was made after talking with other guests. They took and paid for the hotel five stars, got minus five!
