I bought the ticket for early booking back in January through the travel agency "Constellation Tour". Probably, many are interested in how the transfer itself went. First-hand information. We went:
We left Boryspil early in the morning. Check-in for the flight, baggage claim, passport control, duty. Everything, as to the crown, only in masks. Nothing has changed at all. Thanks to "Wind Roses", flight without delays. At Antalya Airport, temperature control at every stage and masks. Along with the tickets, the travel agency gave me health forms. Every tourist needs to fill them in English. language. We did it at home. Those who did not fill in filled in at the Antalya airport in the sector where visas were filled in earlier. Our tour operator Tui. We approached the table of our tour operator, we were told the bus number and on the road. Before boarding the bus, it is mandatory to treat your hands with antiseptic (each bus has a sanitizer) and a mask. All.
The transfer from the airport to the hotel was adventurous. Our hotel was the penultimate way. When we arrived, it turned out that our suitcase is not))). The luggage remained the same, but not ours. It turned out that tourists took our suitcase from the first road of the hotel. We turned to the reception staff. The problem was solved within 40 minutes. Valid returned to their masters.

Arrived at the hotel at 8 am, check-in at 14. As the hotel was not full, we were accommodated immediately. They put on bracelets and went to the room. The rooms were standard for 3 adults and one child. The area absolutely allows to put folding beds with high-quality mattresses to the main beds. Lots of space. In the room everything is as in the photo. Nothing is broken, nothing is killed. The minibar is filled with cola, fanta and water. Soap-bar hotel provided. Teapot and tea are also present. Disposable paper cups instead of glassware. The cleaning lady replenished their stock every day as needed.
There are no complaints about the hotel at all. No one had a scandal at the front desk (I haven't heard, at least). If someone didn't work or didn't like the number, the problem was solved. The staff is really in place. Everyone is friendly and tidy.
What has changed in the concept of all… Nothing drastic. The barbecue area in the cafeteria and the bottling plant are simply covered with plastic. Bread products are also issued by a kitchen worker. There is a window, as in the banks. You can come here without masks. Give steaks, pancakes, omelets and pour as many drinks as you want. The tables are, as always, but through one with a sign "type not to borrow". This is how they keep their distance. Didn't strain at all.
There are changes in the "self-service" zone, and for me personally they are great (even if it remains so). It is impossible to enter this zone without a mask and children are forbidden to enter. At the makeshift entrance, staff give you a plate and a set of utensils packed in a paper bag.
There can be 8 people in this area at the same time, the rest are just standing at the entrance and waiting in line. All this is fast and not particularly stressful. These changes have removed the children's paws all in a row, nullified the search for clean utensils and appliances (we all know what it's like to run around a restaurant and look for something to eat).
Now about the Imperial Turkiz Hotel 5 *. Food. Everything is delicious, even the burgers. There is natural coffee. In the morning they give orange juice, at 16:30 on the beach - ice cream. Alcohol - as in Turkey. If you drink, take your own. But in general, normal.
Hamam liked it. Sauna, indoor pool and gym are freely available. There are two pools on the street: a large one with slides and a frog. There were always enough sunbeds. The hotel is located so that before lunch gives good shade on the sunbeds, you can not be afraid to relax.

The beach is big, there are many sunbeds, not sunbeds on the pier, but mattresses. Sunset into the sea - pebbles. My legs hurt, I used sneakers, my family walked barefoot.
It turned out that the bus left earlier! The tour was taken from a guide from the hotel, not left-handed. They started calling, finding out, everything passed. At 9:00 the guide was on site and we came to find out what to do with the paid tour, which did not happen through no fault of ours. Ideally - to postpone the next day with the same weekend, but we went already, so this option did not suit us. Of course, no one planned to return the money. I suggested the guide to close this issue with another tour, but for 4. He broke down, but after a long debate promised to find out about such a possibility in the main office. After all, it is not our fault that the bus left earlier, I say, not provided service, which is paid for, must be compensated both morally and financially. Everything grew together: we were sent to explore Kemer: sailing on a yacht, going up / down the funicular with lunch on top, visiting the olive museum with oil and wine tasting, visiting the mosque.
We had a great time, everyone liked it.
Departure day. We got out of the room at 11:00, arrived at the airport. Then everything is according to plan. Nobody measured the temperature anymore. Arrived in Boryspil and went home.
