I want to warn you not to visit this place. Upon arrival at 9 am by 12 o'clock, they settled in the basement, little resembling the rooms shown in the advertising pictures, with a promise to move the next day to a better room, since all the rooms are currently occupied in the hotel. I understand that this is standard practice there, and whoever is silent and does not complain will spend the whole vacation in this basement.
The room is a cell with plaster crumbling from the walls, broken old furniture and practically non-working plumbing. I have a question for the manager: do you think it's normal to accommodate tourists in rooms that pay 7.000 lira for a ticket? You make at least a minimal repair and change the plumbing for decency, if the tourists who come to you are not just bags of money and cattle for you, but apparently such an attitude exists. And they have absolutely no one to be ashamed of.
As a result, after a night in this basement, they moved to the first floor, to the reception room, which was an even smaller room, but already with guests like ants that climbed out of the socket. But the story didn't end there. After a day of living in this room, after I returned from the beach, a woman was waiting at the entrance who announced that we should pack up in 5 minutes and move to a nearby hotel, based on the fact that new tourists had arrived and there was nowhere to place them. The fact that we, too, are residents of the hotel, apparently didn’t really bother her. I'm wondering if I went to Pomukkale for 2 days, how was she going to throw her suitcases out of the room or not))))

One day, with a complete lack of rooms, 30 people arrived at the hotel, who, in the end, it was not clear where they had gone. Apparently just like we were moved to a hotel across the street. I understand that the policy of the hotel is to approve everyone's arrival, and then how the card falls. This shows their swine attitude towards tourists. In general, the story ended with the fact that I wrote an application to move to another hotel, which was offered by the Pegas tourist company, thanks to the hotel guide for their assistance. So, of course, think for yourself, but I would not advise anyone to go there.
The territory of the hotel is not large but in principle clean, which cannot be said about the rooms. By the way, one more thing - the rooms are cleaned and towels are changed on demand.
I also wanted to talk about food. Breakfast is not a buffet, as I originally read when choosing a hotel, but a portioned plate, on which every day the same serving, an egg, two slices of cheese, olives, cucumbers and tomatoes. Only tortilla with cheese or soy sausages change. Not full, your problems, go to the supermarket or cafe on the street. Dinner is also a la carte, with no choice from the menu. If you by the way do not eat meat, do not even consider this option, you will go hungry. But the dinners are delicious, as the only plus of this hotel is the chef. Dinners are held under the rumbling Russian hits of the 20s, as in a roadside kebab house of the late 90s. )))) It is hard to hear the interlocutor at the table.
Finally, I want to turn to the representatives of Pegas Touristik, so that they take a closer look at this hotel. Since such places directly affect the reputation of the company. All the best and happy travels.
