Hi all! I stayed with my family in this hotel in June 2009. To be honest, we went there with some apprehension: we had previously read several negative reviews. The ticket was not cheap, we did not want to overshadow the vacation with bad thoughts, and, in spite of everything, the choice was made and we could only hope for the best. And this "best" turned out to be just great! I "fell in love" with this hotel so much that every day (and there were 15 of them) brought me only positive emotions. I can not name a single minus, everything was so great!!!
We got a very good room, as I wanted - with a view of the mountains!! ! We often sat on the balcony in the evening, drank wine with fruits and admired nature! The view is amazing! I warn you right away - do not try to take rooms with a sea view. This is not entirely pleasant for those who want to sleep at night: (discos and all kinds of festivities until the morning on the territory). Some complained about mosquitoes. I can’t say anything, we didn’t have them, although we took the fumigator with us (so, just in case). Mini-bar in the room replenished with juices daily, and water too. Rooms are cleaned constantly, without any tips, sometimes even too intrusive. I had to put a "do not disturb" sign on the door. Shower gel, hair conditioner, body lotion, round soap, cotton buds in a package, and a comb in a cardboard box are placed on the washbasin. I was pleasantly surprised!! ! The furniture is new, not shabby. The air conditioner worked perfectly, we turned it off at night, as it was already cool in the room (we left the air conditioner running for the whole evening). All in all, I liked the accommodation. I didn’t have to “overpay” for moving to another room, which many people do during their entire vacation. Yes, I almost forgot: the safe in the room is free!
By the way, we were driving through Pegasus. Many of my friends are not entirely flattering about this company. This worried me too. But the guide at the hotel is a charming girl Margarita, dispelled all my fears. She is so friendly, unobtrusive, absolutely did not bother with sightseeing tours, that I just wanted to approach her and chat. By the way, she is at the hotel every day, until 18:00 (unlike the guides of other travel agencies). And on many issues, you can contact her for advice or help.
Another very friendly and benevolent Russian girl Reseda at the reception. Fortunately, she works almost every day, and she will quickly solve any questions. The rest do not understand Russian, or simply pretend that they do not understand.
The hotel itself is beautiful, the territory is beautiful, green, palm trees, pines, and all kinds of flowers grow. Air is amazing! ! Sea + mountain + pine!! ! Unforgettably! The water in the pool is clean, there are enough sunbeds for everyone: at least by the sea, at least by the pool. The kids really like to ride on the water slides. Children are occupied by animators. Constantly something invent, entertain. You can play mini golf. It's fun even for adults.
Nutrition. This is a separate conversation... It is impossible to resist such deliciousness! In the reviews, everyone writes: "chicken, chicken . . " Nothing like that !! ! In addition to chicken, there was always meat in a large assortment: tongue, lamb, veal, lamb, but I’m completely silent about barbecue. Almost every evening we enjoyed a wonderful kebab. Something is always fried on the fire: it’s either a steak, or barbecue, or shawarma, or fish, or chicken. In general, we ate "to the fullest". I never thought I could eat so much. Although I go to Turkey (at 5 *) every year, I have never seen such an abundance! And fruits!! ! Watermelons, peaches, strawberries, cherries, apricots, medlar. Apples and oranges - this is so, for the assortment, no one took them.
Watermelons were generally served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not in every hotel at the beginning of June I saw so many "mountains" with fruits. The waiters are very smart. They just run around, clear the dishes from the tables, bring drinks for children, and alcohol for adults (optional). Well done! The plates on our table never accumulated, and on others too.
At the expense of alcohol: red and white wine, beer, gin and tonic, vodka and whiskey (local production), in the bar you can drink Baileys, Napoleon, all sorts of different cocktails. Every day you can discover something for yourself. Also near the pool you can order pizza, hamburgers, etc. from 12 to 16. In general, they feed everywhere and everywhere. They pour it too. Ice cream - very tasty, in cones with various fillings. It is given every other day.
There are many Russians and Ukrainians among the vacationers. Of course, there are Turks and Germans too (where would we be without them? ) But what struck me was the number of families with small children! With breasts!! ! There are so many, I've never seen anything like it!
The animators are great guys! They try to do 100! Have fun from 10 am until late at night! But they don't stress. If you don't want to, don't participate. The evening show is good, but the program, like in all hotels, is already known to everyone. They diluted the animators of the evening with "visiting" artists. Acrobats, gymnasts came, there was a magnificent fire show, dancers in beautiful costumes, etc.
I can't ignore handsome Kenny! This is a kind of highlight of the animation team. He conducts morning exercises, sometimes aqua aerobics, "belly dance" lessons, and of course takes an active part in all animation competitions and productions. Naturally, there are a lot of people who want to attend dance lessons with Kenny. But even more people want to just watch and shoot his movements on video. Because it really is beautiful!
Beach. Of course, it cannot be compared with the sandy beaches of Side or Alanya, where vacationers constantly walk back and forth along the coast. We tried to walk to the neighboring hotel along the shore - we walked about ten meters and realized that we had no chance. And they returned back. The entrance to the sea is a pebble. It's uncomfortable at first, but then you get used to it. Special slippers are not required, as advised in one of the reviews. In the sea, you can also go down and jump from the pier. Beach towels are changed by the pool every day without any problems.

All around you can see their prices, and the numbers in them are so shocking that they never have visitors. Here, perhaps, I found the only "minus" of the hotel. But after all, no one drives you to this SPA center.
If you go outside the hotel - literally immediately begin shopping arcades in the form of small shops. There you can meet tourists from all nearby hotels. You can buy everything: from a fur coat to toothpaste. Almost all "traders" speak Russian. Sweets, souvenirs, gold, silver, clothing for any age, leather, bags, shoes - in very large quantities. And don't be afraid to bargain! This is the whole point of their work.
