Cons: the furniture in the rooms needs to be changed, the rooms were cleaned poorly, you can’t wait for water and toilet paper, and the bed linen was not changed often; we turned down the air conditioner at night, and during the day it practically did not work; complete saving of light, when we left at six in the morning there was no light on the floor at all, miraculously we got to the elevator to go down (we didn’t get hurt); a la carte restaurants (especially Italian) are terrible (well, yes, this is included in the price of the tour), they bring food for a long time, and food in a restaurant where the buffet is much better; my husband had a birthday, so not only were they not congratulated, they also couldn’t get into the restaurant (many people wanted to), although they signed up for a day as expected; the bus that came for us to take us to the airport, the hotel security did not let us through, if we hadn’t asked, then we had to carry things to the barrier ourselves (when all the buses arrived there and minibuses, and back like we, as tourists, they already not interested). Beer and drinks are just a nightmare. Pros: you leave the hotel and they start!!! ! There is a lot of greenery, a beautiful well-groomed garden, everything is super: animation, food is everywhere and a lot is a lot and delicious, swimming pools, one with slides separately, games, a lot of water sports (very expensive), a parachute, and a lot of a lot of everything !! ! And everything is great! In short: if you don’t enter the hotel, don’t communicate with the staff, stay only at the sea, then everything will be just fine for you !! !
