Secondly, only Kemer, and so that the territory is at least more or less green and not small....They settled us quickly - well, so we flew in at twelve o'clock in the morning, having lost almost a whole day of rest (not a big thank you to the Mega Tour company, led by Vitaly, who arbitrarily changed the departure date for us a day later, and the departure time 5 hours later! !! ! )…
The room was not bad, but not great either. The furniture is normal, new. TV in the room was flat, suspended. However, the hotel also had rooms with the usual small old pot-bellied TVs. Our bathtub was large and with a bidet, everything worked just fine. But in general the bathrooms in the hotel are very small. Highly. Plus the bathroom - plastic curtains - everything is hermetically sealed, water does not flow anywhere. Minus - in the bathroom there is no magnifying mirror with backlight - in front of which it is very convenient to paint,
towels for hands and face hanging far away from the sink over the toilet??? ? Humor accessible to the initiated. Another plus of the room is a good laminate and high ceilings. However, the hotel has rooms with average scall carpet, besides with a step down to the balcony - friends at night often forgot about the step and flew head first when trying to open the balcony in the middle of the night..... Balconies - they are very different - larger, medium and very tiny like ours. Since the balcony was small and angular, in fact, the linen (towels, swimsuits) completely darkened the sunlight - they lived in complete darkness. The view from the window was bad - a piece of not the most picturesque mountain, the roof of the pool from the steam room with elements in need of obvious repair and a bald tennis court. We are in Turkey for the 4th time - this view from the window can not even be compared - we have had the most beautiful views so far - everything except that. Decided not to bother

and without regret they curtained the view with towels and swimsuits - why be upset in vain..... The sewer drain for the air conditioner on the balcony was clogged for a couple of days. Only after the third call to the reception the issue was resolved - but I had to run over specifically - several times they "sat down" on the twine with my husband in turn when trying to hang up and take off things. At first they asked politely to deal with the problem. NO reaction. As a result, she ran into a big one with a threat to attract compensation in case of an injury. They fixed it in an hour while we were having lunch. And so in everything - the bar was not replenished, or only partially (forgetting to put juices, not water, which the hotel is full of in bottles). In the bathroom, the bells and whistles were also reported after two to three - we didn’t use them much - but when we took them out for the sake of interest, we waited two days for “reporting”,
and then the reports were partial...... Unpleasantly - the hotel is 5 stars and everything was paid for from our pocket, the question is - why then do I need 5 stars ??? ? Tipping was left every day. The bed was made for us as in a pioneer camp - without quirks and decorations. Occasionally modest fan-shaped bows....In general, a sheet was often constructed from two, perpendicularly laid (on mattress covers pulled up by folds!!! )!!! ! Our floor was perfectly clean - because we did not litter, walked around the room without shoes... But - they did not vacuum it at all, as more and more garbage gradually stuck to our feet !! ! I mean small crumbs that accumulate in any case, if you do not clean up! We did not focus, but again on which occasion it was unpleasant. Another important minus - the room is just dark - two 40-watt wall lamps above the beds under corrugated lampshades, which reduce even these 40 watts,
and one small fluorescent lamp of the same power along the mirror on the dressing table. There is no upper light at all, it is not provided, but the “side” light is clearly not enough!!! ! The room is incredibly dark. In all rooms of the hotel, not only specifically in ours. And besides, it was dark in the corridor (due to the design of the hotel, daylight did not get into our compartment) - during the day the key (card) was inserted by touch !!!!!!!!!!!!! ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! The lights were turned on only at night after nine o'clock in the evening. In the morning at 7 o'clock it was no longer on fire. Once the elevator at the hotel did not work for a day (only 6 elevators - three for different parts of the building, which diverge from the center in three directions). As a result, queues immediately appeared, the whole day there was a problem - to go up and down (we lived on the top floor). So the whole day no one was engaged in the elevator. In the corridor on the 4th floor it was generally possible to suffocate from the heat - they obviously saved on air conditioning. In addition, the hotel generally saved on everything.
And it caught my eye - everyone was just talking about it. The air was generally poorly conditioned (of course, not as bad as on the 4th floor, but still). The restaurant sometimes did not even have an appetite - it was so hot. And I will not tire of repeating - this is a 5 star hotel. The food was also not of great variety and quality. Although we were not hungry, everything was fine. But it was not great either - they were expecting more, because I repeat, in Turkey for the 4th time. Everything seems to be good, but not good enough. C grade for a 5 star hotel. In terms of service, he pulled 4 stars with elements of three and five stars, according to the circumstances. That's right, that's right. There was nothing special. Soy ice cream, baklava was only for five days, and then biscuits with elements of something more original. There are many of them, but the taste is the same, the assortment is weak and tasteless. Sometimes I didn’t even want sweets, they were sometimes tasteless. Personally, I bake better. Many delicious things quickly ended without reporting.....

For breakfast, there was no promised honey in the combs - only some faint hint in plastic boxes, and in general jams, marmalades - the hotel practically did not cook its own, which is very strange for Turkey. So many "boxes" close to the Bulgarian all incl. Pancakes are thick and tasteless. I tried it once - and that's it... Buns for breakfast are delicious every other time. Almost no stuffing. All are empty. Only the shape is different - but the dough is the same. It's all little things. They didn't spoil our holiday. But I didn’t want to not only recommend the hotel to my friends, but also come to the country again..... Somehow everything was presented like this: don’t like it, and don’t - anyway, there are many people who want it without you. And this does not contribute to the feeling of a holiday from rest.
And another minus - the mini-bar in the room did not work. Generally. They tried to fix it once. Day four. After numerous requests both at the reception and by phone. Again had to run. Repaired approximately "15 degrees" (far from 4).
For half a day. Then it was brought back to room temperature. They just spat, they decided the throat would be healthier.
Territory: beautiful, but still small. Nowhere to roam. Alas... Evening animation - there is, sometimes nothing, and sometimes nothing good. Once in two. For amateurs, we just liked the evening shows in the previous hotel, but here everything again smelled not of five. Daytime animation worked actively, I can’t say anything, and the guys were all nice.
The review turned out to be rather bland - this is what the rest would have been like if we had not planned a meeting with friends in this hotel in advance. It was only inconvenient for the guys - we chose the hotel....Unsuccessfully. To be honest, we chose this year for the money (it happened), but the hotel did not even pull on this amount - it was a pity the money spent in vain - it would be better if they borrowed it and went to a more decent place, I’ll say it again - this is not five stars. This is a good four.
And the problem is the economy of the hotel management. All other services worked normally, no worse than in other places, but there was periodic nervousness from someone's scandals and an attempt to “patch holes” and again a decline in labor activity.

As for alcohol - I don’t presume to judge so knowledgeably - but I will say that only beer and ayran were normal in the bar on the beach. In the lobby bar and the bar in the lobby, you could order a couple more normal things, such as for the ladies Martini, Beilis, for the men, Turkish aniseed vodka - raki (rakı ). And that's it. No Napoleon, no tequila, nothing. We drank wine in a restaurant, so we didn’t order it in bars. However, in the bar on the beach and the wine differed significantly from the restaurant (we tried to sit in this bar in the evening - we tried the options - and got away from sin). There, in general, all the booze for one taste and degree was some kind of strange. Don't risk your health. . .
Who decided to go - and have already bought a ticket - good luck, tune in to the good - there is also a lot of it. Cons are not so terrible, there are worse options. Whoever has the means and only thinks - I strongly advise against it - try Fantasia de Luxe, Mirada del Mar, Queens tekirova and other delights. Because it's not fair - the hotel is advertised much louder than the stars and the real price. And one more disgusting thing, in my opinion, the water in the afternoon was teeming with garbage and stank of sewage treatment. And this disgrace was repeated DAILY!!! ! And it was terrible!!! ! I don’t know if it was in other regions of Kemer in 2011…. BUT WE DEFINITELY WON'T COMING TO GAVNYUK AGAIN!!!
In conclusion, I want to say to those who start to puff "GET BURNED": We earn our rest by our work, it does not drip from the sky. And having spent a lot of money, I don’t want to step on my own throat (they say, everything is fine, beautiful marquise), but RELAX AND HAVE PLEASURE.
And in this hotel, I always thought that I was played in a travel agency, advising him as one of the good fives in this price category. I will say that we paid with a 40% discount (booked in March) + an agency discount for supposedly constancy - it cost for two 1600 euros from Chisinau for actually 10 days and 11 nights. Since, on top of the poop, which we constantly had to “swallow”, we were taken out of the hotel instead of 18 hours (the tickets indicated that the flight was at 21.40), at five in the morning. I think everyone will appreciate the "charm" of such a vacation - you pay for 12 days, you rest for 10, and even such minuses on each "bend". You know, it was difficult to keep a good face - I myself did not want to spoil the rest, which I had been waiting for a year. A separate story would be worth our guide Rassul - I think he recognizes himself in this hint. I don’t want to spoil a person’s life - I’m not the Lord to punish. And we did not suffer from it because of our mind. But there were people

with whom he treated dirty - and I would like to warn those who are in Turkey for the first time - be careful with Track Travel - something there, control over the bottoms has completely weakened. The sediment this year from the rest was so vile that we will not only forget the road to the Mega Tour, but we are thinking of forgetting about Turkey in general. Fortunately, there are places on the planet. If it weren’t for the friends with whom we were glad to see and with whom all these disadvantages of the hotel were “slowed down”, then, I’m afraid, the mood from the rest would not be a fountain.
