A ticket to this hotel was chosen by chance, we looked at pictures on the Internet (there are almost no reviews) and now, I would like to correct the situation.
The hotel is billed as 5 stars, but really pulls on 3 stars. At the end of the 3rd day, there were already enough outraged tourists to draw the attention of the hotel management to the non-cleaning of rooms for 4 days, terrible cuisine, when there are no fruits or normal vegetables, not to mention meat dishes worthy of a 5 star hotel.
The animators all quit due to non-payment of salaries. True, a few days later, new ones appeared. The furniture in the rooms is old and dirty.
We would like to say that if you choose a hotel for a 5-star holiday, and especially with children, then this is far from the place where you can relax normally.
