Неплохой отель, халатное отношение работников Nice hotel, bad staff

The hotel was chosen for a long time when going on vacation. We only had 6 nights, so the choice was not bad. We stopped at this hotel on the recommendation of the travel agency manager. The hotel itself is not bad, I was disappointed by the negligence of the workers at the reception. We arrived at 10:00 am and were seated immediately. The magnetic cards in the room did not work all the time, so we constantly went to the reception. The safe did not work, it took us about 3 days to repair it, it was not very pleasing, we had to stay in the room until they did it (about 2 hours twice). Pleased with the kitchen, good food with a large selection of dishes. There is also a disco on site, almost no one went here, but there was a free bar. The hotel turned out to be a family hotel, on the territory there are many entertainments for children and good animation near the pool.
