Hello. We stayed at this hotel in 2007. We really enjoyed. It’s just that the reviews below were not quite, in my opinion, objective, but everyone has the right to their own opinion. This is my take on this hotel.
We were settled quickly enough on the basement floor, $ 10 at the reception settled this matter, and we moved to the attic. View of the road, "Hizu" and a piece of the sea. The room is clean and comfortable. Cleaned daily, leaving $ 1 got a beautifully decorated bed, by the way, 1 time the swans were even without $. All linens are intact and clean. "Kandik" worked properly and at night the child froze. There was a pay safe in the room, which some idiot closed with the key inside and left. We waited a long time for them to fix it, that was the only inconvenience.
The staff all spoke Russian, service and attitude - excellent. I won't tell you about the food - everything is fine. There are indeed queues in the dining room, but you can come later - that's all.

The territory of the hotel itself is quite small: a swimming pool and a bar in the garden, but there are other hotels with an Aquapark opposite. This is the advantage of the "rose system": you can use everything in all hotels. When we were, vacationers and 4 and 3 star hotels could go everywhere and use everything. We did not notice any negative attitude from the residents of other hotels, even hints.
The sea is beautiful and clean-clean. On the beach you could see cigarette butts, cups, but the staff always collected them. There are few sun loungers on the beach and by the pool. To get a nice seat, you had to come early - it's true. There was no animation.
The rest was wonderful. This year we did not manage to be in this hotel, but we drove nearby. The guide said that the "Roses" were reconstructed, and now it's even better. Rosa Residents really changed from the outside, but the "resort" remained the same. Go to this hotel - not expensive and good! I do not argue, there are probably better hotels, but this one is good too!
