Before the trip, I read a bunch of reviews, and was ready for a lot. We arrived at the hotel around 9 am. We were told that they would check in at 2 and we went to have breakfast, then walked around Kemer. Somewhere at 12 I went to the reception, smiled sweetly at the boy who was there and said in English that I was very tired, and is there such an opportunity to give a number now, after 15 minutes, my girlfriend and I were given a good room on the 3rd floor. There are different rooms - overlooking the road, the pool and the trash can. For me, it’s better to go to the pool, music all day, of course, but we didn’t come there to sleep !! ! It’s very noisy on the road, it interferes with sleep in the mornings, but we closed the balcony and turned on the air conditioner. Our friends lived in a room overlooking the trash can and it's okay, the boys didn't care at all)))
The staff is polite, but it seems to me, too intrusive, they tried to invite somewhere, made ambiguous hints, but in general, nice young people.
Towels are changed every day, cleaning is also done daily. We did not take a safe, we kept all valuables such as gold and money in a suitcase with a code. Everything else is jewelry, cosmetics, hair dryer, etc. lay in plain sight and absolutely nothing was missing.

I didn’t like the pool, it was dirty, with us, and we were there for 10 days, the water was never drained. Hair floated, and it was already unpleasant to be there. But there is the sea!
It takes 20-30 minutes to the center, you won’t get there in the heat, but you can in the evening, after dinner!!!
The food is excellent, of course! a huge selection of snacks, side dishes, sweets and fruits.
I also liked the animation, they entertained as best they could, lifted even the most "heavy" sunbeds from the sunbeds))) unobtrusively !! ! But I'm sure it could be better!
There are a lot of young people in the hotel!!!
In general, the main thing is the mood and the company !!! ! We had a great company!
