Ужасный отель Terrible hotel

hello! we rested at the ROSE hotel in Alanya, we didn’t see anything worse. Vouchers were bought from "Natalie Tour" in the Roza *** hotel in Kemer. We were deceived into the Turkish Rose Hotel in Alanya. We wouldn't go there on our own. This hotel does not deserve any stars. This is an ordinary Turkish hotel, where some Turks come to have fun with prostitutes. The food was terrible: for breakfast, eggs, cheese, cucumbers with tomatoes. For lunch: puree soup, pearl barley, hot vegetables (incomprehensible mess) and a bunch of herbs cucumbers with tomatoes and tomatoes with cucumbers. For dinner, the same thing: tasteless to the point of vomiting. We had two small children, there was nothing to feed them. The children lost weight, cried, asked for porridge, but no one was in a hurry to cook something decent, they never fed meat, for 8 days they ate chicken 2 times and fish 1 time. There is no afternoon snack. There is no tea or coffee in the hotel. The guests drank their coffee from their own cans and from their own cups. They didn't have enough tea utensils. There is no beach of our own, we went to the sea across the road and lay on the hot sand. They don’t have sunbeds, they don’t have umbrellas, they don’t even have access to the sea, only stones overgrown with shell rock, on which we cut all our legs. The staff at the hotel does not speak Russian, I had to express myself on my fingers. In general, the holiday was ruined. Do not mess with "Natalie Tour" they are scammers!!! ! They sell one thing and bring it to another. We will dissuade all acquaintances not to contact "NATALIE TOUR"
