Unfortunately, our stay at Rai Premium Tekirova did not meet our expectations. For me personally, it was a “premium” hell, but not a paradise.
The main advantage of the hotel is the wonderful sea: clean water, a beautiful beach and the picturesque nature of Tekirova. The sea itself was the best part of our vacation.
But the hotel itself left a lot of negative impressions. The rooms were cleaned very poorly, or rather, they just changed the towels and that's it. They didn't change our bed linen for 10 days. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired, everywhere, from the reception, rooms, to restaurants, bars, aquapark, etc.
In the restaurant, there were repeatedly dirty dishes and glasses, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. The tables, napkins on the tables, chairs are very dirty. A lot of broken dishes, in which they could safely bring you coffee.
I'm attaching a photo from the children's restaurant, it's generally horrible, mold and this mashed potatoes... it's horrible.
The service also does not meet the declared 5 stars - the staff is not always attentive to guests, and the overall impression is that not enough attention is paid to the comfort of vacationers.
The food is not bad, but without much variety and without the level that you expect from a premium hotel.
For the price we paid, the expectations were much higher. Unfortunately, the price-quality ratio disappointed us very much.
Keep in mind that 90% of the guests at the hotel are katsaps. The daytime animation sounds Kirkorov, Kreed and other "stars" of the terrorist state.
You will be surrounded by inhumans in T-shirts with the inscriptions Russia

Another situation, a girl asked for Fanta in Ukrainian, the bartender says no, after him the "neighbor" comes up and, lo and behold, there was Fanta for him.
