Hello everybody ! Were in this hotel from June 2 to June 9. I want to talk about the pros and cons of this hotel. It was the first time in Turkey, the hotel was chosen very carefully, for several days. I read a lot of reviews about it and really a lot of truth has been written.
1) There were not enough places on the beach, I had to go to the sea and borrow at 7 in the morning, those who came at 8.30 were already left without places under the awning. The places were under the scorching sun. This all caused some discomfort.
2) As for the restaurant, if I may say so. It is more like a Soviet canteen and the same people from the hungry region. Once we observed such a picture, the restaurant opens for dinner at 19 o’clock, there is a crowd of hungry people, as soon as they are allowed to enter, this whole crowd breaks off and runs to take places, otherwise there may not be enough. And there really weren’t enough places. Two huge halls, one indoors , another on the street and there were no places. I will explain why the tables are mainly for 6 people, if a family of 3 people, then all these 6 places were often occupied. They would have taken the tables divided, there would have been enough space for everyone.
3) Service in the restaurant. In the first two days it was good and the waiters ran up and asked what you would drink, and then you could sit for a long time waiting until they brought it.
4) Very often spoons, forks, knives were poorly washed, I had to go to change them. They tried to change the tablecloths, but not always. Sometimes they were dirty. the impression of a canteen, but not a prestigious restaurant.
5) Food. Of course, they tried, but it was sometimes inedible, mainly it concerns some kind of salads. They gave the liver on the grill, so it couldn’t be eaten, it stank of animals. I didn’t even want to look at the end. Of the meat, there was mainly chicken in different variations,
turkey chops and some kind of meat. From the fruits there were oranges, apples, apricots, I don’t remember the yellow fruit, and in the evening a watermelon. Once they gave peaches, they swept away literally in 15 minutes, those who came at 20.00 did not see them. You can talk a lot about food, as a woman everything was enough for me, but not quite for my men.
6) At the expense of attitude to birthdays. A few days later I went to Tatiana (she writes down in restaurants and is responsible for birthdays), she wrote down the room number, date in her notepad and said that the hotel does not congratulate except for a postcard and animation. On June 7, it turned 13 years old. But neither the postcard nor the animation, no one and how. The child was waiting and was very upset. This is a minus for the hotel that they are not attentive.
7) The slides are not very good, the child rolled down once and said that he would not go again.
Well, now the pros:
1) Thanks to the turtes, Victoria, as soon as they brought us, she quickly seated us on the sofas, filed all the documents necessary for the settlement, wrote out the numbers and distributed them.
2) The animation is super, I want to thank them for their work. They worked all 24 hours. There were a lot of interesting things, you never got bored. Every evening there was a show.
3) Room cleaning is good, always clean, towels changed every day. Everything worked in the rooms and air conditioning and TV.
4) The mini bar was replenished every day.
5) The pool was cleaned every day not with bleach, but with a special apparatus.
6) Towels for the beach are clean and changed whenever you want.
7) In the bars they gave everything you want, but it seemed to me that it was well diluted.
8) The territory is well-groomed, beautiful.
9) The food was almost the whole day, only in different restaurants.
10) Sports games and gym.
