Before writing truthfully and objectively about this particular hotel, I first consider it necessary to inform you that a tourist ticket to this hotel was bought through employees of a travel company in Kyiv with whom we have been friends for a long time and with the help of which we have visited the islands of Java over the past 5 years, Bali (Indonesia), Langkawi, Borneo (Malaysia), Hainan (China), and also visited India, Germany, Czech Republic, Holland, France, Poland, Belgium, Austria, etc.
In other words, over the long years of friendship, we have tested on ourselves more than once the recommendations of our friends working in a travel company in Kyiv.
When buying a ticket in 2012, we asked our friends in advance (a month in advance) to find the best hotel in Turkey for a vacation with our 1.5-year-old child.

At the same time, they explained that the issue of a children's table is critical for you, and therefore, before booking a particular hotel, they first demanded to clarify this with the tour operator.
Taking into account the recommendations of the tour operator Turtess (Turtess) in Kyiv, we chose the Queen's Park Tekirova 5 * hotel for a holiday from May 13.2012 to May 26.2012.
At the same time, we immediately clarified whether this hotel is really better in comparison with the Queen's Park Resort Goynuk 5 * hotel in which we rested in May 2010 and which, due to its rooms for living and slightly impudent staff, did not meet our expectations.
Tour operator Turtess fully assured them that Queen's Park Tekirova is a very good hotel. He said that in their advertisements, the hotel administration repeatedly assured tourism workers that they have and will have a children's table, and they also said that at the request of the hotel guests, the cook in the hotel will cook for the child what you ask.
They also clarified that the hotel has blenders and they will be directly on the tables in the restaurant so that hotel guests can easily grind and mash for their children from food products presented in a huge assortment in the hotel restaurant.
That is why we chose the Queen's Park Tekirova 5* hotel.
Initially, we purchased plane tickets from Kyiv to Antalya at 7.00 in the morning, but five days before departure from Kyiv we were informed that the departure was postponed to 4.00 in the morning, which did not please us at all, given that we had to fly with a 1.5 year old child.
We got off the plane at the Antalya terminal at about 6.30. We had two visas pasted into our passports for $60 and we went to the border checkpoint. However, the border guard returned the husband with a passport, indicating that he was obliged to buy a second visa for his child and paste it also in his passport.
At the same time, he showed all the people standing behind us in line an inscription stating that for every child, no matter how old he is, you need to buy a visa.
Bottom line: paid $ 90 at the border control.

We left the terminal and we were sent to bus number 140 standing on the site.

We stood near the bus for more than an hour, until it turned out that the delay was caused by
that the baggage of one woman from our bus was mistakenly thrown onto another tape (from another flight) and she could not see her suitcase for more than an hour.
We left the terminal only after 8.00 and did not go straight to Tekirova,
and began to circle around all the hotels. It turned out that the Queen's Park Tekirova 5 * hotel is the 7th in the list of hotels in the order.
Bottom line: The child barely sat on the bus from 8.00 to 10.00 hours after waiting in Boryspil from 2.00 to 4.00, as well as a flight in an airplane.

We arrived at the Queen's Park Tekirova 5* hotel right after 10.00 am.
The hotel told us that we had to wait for the room and offered to go to the restaurant for a late breakfast, which they have from 10.00 to 11.00.
We found out that they do not have a children's table and returned 45 minutes later to the reception for a room. We were given a nice, comfortable room, good cable TV, cleaned every day. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, well-groomed, but small - only one pool for adults, one very small pool with two slides and a very tiny round one for children (more than five children definitely cannot fit in it).
By the size of the territory, this hotel was clearly inferior even to Queen's Park Resort Goynuk 5 *.

I can state with full responsibility that the food in this hotel was no…
of fruits, only oranges, apples (red and green) and absolutely nothing else ...It seems that all visitors are rabbits, since there are only grated carrots, parsley, cabbage, dill and other greens on the shelves.
Against the background of those five-star hotels in which we rested, just TERRIBLE POVERTY! There is also no children's buffet, and therefore we were always offered to take our child among what was on the tables for adults.
We were in complete confusion ...After all, we specifically clarified with the tour operator in Kyiv the presence of a children's table in the hotel, i. e. , baby milk, baby juices, etc.

And now at the hotel they offer us to take from what is for adults. But the problem is that the child does not yet have all the teeth and he simply has nothing to chew on. You can’t constantly feed a child with pea peppered (in Turkish) soup and french fries ...
The feeling that children under 2 years old are not interested in the hotel administration at all!

Total: For almost the entire two-week vacation, we had to persistently engage a guide (representative of Turtesse) so that he urgently forced the hotel to organize a children's table.
They demanded up to relocation to another not worse hotel, where such food is available, but we were told: "We have what we have. Everything has already been agreed at the highest level and there will be no other way. " Regarding relocation to another not worse hotel nearby, such an option was possible only through a good monetary surcharge!

As for adult nutrition, at first we even began to think that all these were already nuances, most likely related to seasonality. However, it does not happen that apples and oranges ripen in May, and pears, bananas, apricots, watermelons in June-August!

Bottom line: It's good that my wife took a box of Nestle baby porridge with her. So we took a box with this porridge with us to a restaurant and ...filled it with hot water there ...so we fed the child! More than once we unsuccessfully searched for butter on their tables. Sometimes I had to go to the kitchen to the staff and ask for a couple of pieces of butter.
In general, because of the need to prove and constantly demand something, they are tired ...
A couple of times during the rest, they generally encountered outright lies from representatives of the turtess located at the hotel. So these representatives lie to the guests, that supposedly
today there were strawberries in the restaurant, since the meal time has not yet ended, then you grab the representative of the turtess by the hand and pull into the restaurant and say, they say, show where the strawberries are now ...only then they admit that there is no fruit in this hotel.

The hotel administration does not even give a blender to hotel guests in a restaurant to grind food for a child. They say that the blender is exclusively for kitchen workers and they will not put it in the hall! Really this hotel is not able with such a number of guests in the hotel (more than 500 people! ) to buy a few simple blenders and put them on the table of the main restaurant for guests with children?
PRACTICALLY ALL GUESTS OF THE HOTEL WERE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE, SERVICE AND, FIRST OF ALL, THE FOOD! CLAIMS TO WAITERS REGARDING THE LACK OF A VARIETY OF FRUIT ARE DAILY SOUND IN THE OPEN RESTAURANT OF THIS HOTEL!
Most of all, we were surprised how the representatives of the hotel themselves explain all this to tourists.
Here's how you at least this fact: In our room the air conditioner did not work. Already on the second day after our arrival at the hotel, I informed this representative
hotel from reception. In response, I heard that the air conditioners in the hotel had not yet been switched from heating to cooling mode, and therefore the air conditioner did not work. In addition, the representative of the need for the air conditioner to work, she did not see, because at night it was still cold outside. I asked the guests from the other wing of the hotel if they had air conditioning. They replied that it works.
Free sunbeds near the only large pool are simply sorely lacking, and not because there are few sunbeds, but because there is simply nowhere to put sunbeds near the pool due to the lack of the required number of seats. I don’t understand what the hotel management is thinking about, accepting more and more tourists and not caring about a place where all these people can lie down near the pool? !

Lunch at the main restaurant from 12.30 to 14.30. So here it is! If you didn’t have time or couldn’t enter the restaurant before 13.30, then when you go after 13.30 you will be horrified by the fact that there are practically no free tables ...there was absolutely no sweets left on the tables ...etc.
If you ask for something other than water or wine to drink, you will most likely wait a long time for this, as the entire restaurant staff is busy with the problem of how to quickly clean up
plates from the tables after the vacationers and seat dozens of vacationers standing in anticipation of empty seats with plates in their hands.

Meet the Russians...

they say that this hotel is getting worse from year to year ...they explain this by a change in management. And besides the gigantic number of Ukrainians and Russians, other foreigners do not come here now. The administration of the hotel, faced with the impudence of Ukrainians and Russians, begins to behave with them even more impudently than hotel guests allow themselves!

Regarding the representations of the turtess and pegasus, they echo the following: "We will do our best and convey our dissatisfaction with the food to the hotel. But we must understand that we cannot make claims on the menu, because the variety of the buffet and the presence of several types of fruit in any according to the children's menu, the hotel does what is done, i. e. they will not do anything else, and here it is also impossible to make a claim, except for the answer to a preliminary request. Again, there is a dietary table for dinner - that's all you can't prove anything anymore.
Even in Amara Dolce Vita, children were given cola and chips on the children's table, and if you want something special, they say - order a room service, pay - and they will do it for you, at least individually prepare special dishes, it's only a matter of price, so here "
