And so ended our wonderful stay at this hotel. To be honest, when I chose (and I always do it very carefully, I carefully study all the reviews, there are requirements for the quality of food, animation, housing - in general, we are picky travelers, especially when it comes to families with children (today they are 4 and 10 years) the reviews of 2016 were not encouraging. But having the experience of a holiday in 2016 in another hotel, when all hotels in Turkey were in economy mode, I understood that this was more likely due to this factor. I was really looking forward to fresh reviews of 2017 and they only made me happy. As a result, the location of the hotel is insanely beautiful nature, this is a definite plus. Mountains, pine trees, air. Lying on the seashore or by the pool, it is very pleasant to view this beauty. The hotel itself is simply buried in greenery. Everywhere there are green lawns, flowers, trees that provided shade for almost the entire space of the hotel, cicadas chirping on the trees, creating a general pleasant background. On one side of the administration building (reception) there is an alley where cicadas sing so loudly that they drown out other sounds! point 10 points. We had a standard room (which is bigger, because we are 2 + 2). We lived next to the reception, which was very pleased, because everything is nearby. In the evening, the children sleep, you can safely go to the lobby bar, order a cocktail. Generally comfortable. The room itself with a large 2-bed on an excellent mattress. The son slept on a lorry with the same mattress, and the youngest slept on the sofa. The number itself is normal. Some point out as a minus the washbasin behind the wall, but for me the whole area - toilet-shower-washroom - is a big plus. Everything is separate. We often met in hotels when this entire area is combined, which is not very convenient when you are relaxing with a large family. One is eager to go to the toilet, another urgently needs a shower, and the third is for company : ) We lived on the first floor with access to a green meadow. There were also 2 sunbeds, chairs and a table. There is a dryer for things (it was enough for us) Room cleaning is normal. The mini bar was replenished daily with water, Pepsi, beer and children's joy in the form of cookies, straws, small juice. The food at the hotel is very good. This is exactly the case when you eat everything, because it's all very tasty! All hotel staff are very friendly. There were always places in the restaurant. There were no crowds, you calmly go and pick up everything you like on a plate. The food selection was just amazing. And fish and chicken (in different variations), turkey, seafood, sushi (not every day), lamb, beef / veal, various porridge-spaghetti-pasta. Fresh vegetables, baked, stewed. Repeatedly read about the queue for fresh juices in the morning.... I once stood for a couple of minutes, and so-3 juicers, they all quickly pressed the juice and made room for the next one. All this without stress. For lunch and dinner, sweets in the form of cakes, pastries, baklava. We didn’t eat all of the sweets, we didn’t like everything we ate, but this is already an amateur. In general, everyone could choose for himself to his taste! The sea is a great beach. Sand covered not only the shore, but also the bottom at the entrance. This is very convenient with small children, with whom you will not go to the pier. There were free sun beds, but depending on what time you arrive. We came in the morning from about 8 to 9-9-30, and then smoothly moved to the pools. We also noticed a “SOVKOV” approach to sunbeds: early in the morning, quickly put towels (or something else) on a sunbed, and then later come to sit on it. Some of them occupied in the evening, but according to rumors, the staff collects evening towels (there was a scandal on the beach when the “evening” ones came and lay down on the sunbeds with towels, and then the “morning” ones came to the same places and claimed that they put their towels in the morning - we don’t know how it ended, because we went to the pools). Food at the hotel is almost around the clock - from 7 breakfast, followed by a late breakfast, at 12 the Pronzo snack bar zone opened. There is also a confectionery cafe, ice cream, fruits, snacks from 12 to 16 officially, and it used to be until 18 (if not everything was sorted out), and then from 19 to the end of dinner (+ late dinner from 23 to 2 at night). There is food in this area all the time. And they cooked corn and baked pizza, and there were always a lot of snacks and fruits. You won't leave hungry in this hotel. They also advertised a children's buffet (from 18:30), which is above the main restaurant, but they went there for 2 days in a row, but it did not work. It was strange, why advertise a non-working service? BARS: 24-hour lobby bar, by the pool from 10 to 24:00. At the pool bar, they noticed one of the waiters - he was on roller skates and went around all the trestle beds. His knees were bruised and wounded, but he moved actively. It was not necessary to go to the bar, they ordered him. Water park - my son and my husband (I'm not fond of this business) liked the slides. There were several times when the circles disappeared and there was a fight for them : ) but we went to the reception and the staff drew attention to this problem - the next day the circles were sharply added : ), but they put a duty officer who separated the circles suitable for one slide and all the others for the other (according to the staff, the length of the pool is not sufficient and some circles run into its edge). There was also a third slide for circles, but it did not work for a week (they did not check it on the day of departure). I really liked the green area in the water park-loungers were placed in the shade of trees-relaxation. Between the towers with slides, a swimming pool with an artificial current is an excellent attraction, especially for people like me and children - I don’t like slides. but swimming in warm water is always for. Children's water park - we went there - my son is no longer interested, but my daughter didn’t like it, although last year it was simply impossible to get her out of the water park in another hotel. Good for little kids. Separately, I will say about the miniclub ! ! Girls-animators are just smart. Daily themed entertainment for kids. Not just handed over the child against the signature and that's it (as a rule, miniclubs in some hotels are limited to this), but they were engaged in children, and very actively. both on the territory of the mini-club itself, and beyond its aisles. The youngest woke up with the words - I want to go to the miniclub and just didn’t want to leave. Mini disco in this hotel did not work for us. Not only did we not like the repertoire, but also our children, although the stage was full of children - so "the taste and color... ". After the mini-disco, the adult program began. Children (we found out at the end) whose parents wanted to go have fun in an adult way further, were taken to the mini-club and until 23 pm the girls looked after them while their parents were hanging out : ) We were not interested in this service, but in some hotels in such a case only a paid babysitter is provided and this was a pleasant surprise. Adult disco is something. I went there twice and both times I saw a dancing girl and several guys. The girl and her boyfriend left and that's it... only the music, the bartender and the security guard remain. There was absolutely no desire to dance! The only thing was when they invited a DJ + PJ girls + laser show and it was all on the pier, then most of the hotel was hanging out, including children. Also, a feature of this hotel is the moment - if you need medical help (and we needed it 2-dy. The elder's ears were inflamed, he dived, and the youngest began to temperature on arrival) in the hotel there is an office with a nurse, to whom you come with insurance and she herself will call a doctor (they won’t take you anywhere). The doctor arrives, examines the patient on the spot, prescribes the necessary medicines. It is very convenient. And for control, passing by the office, you can always re-enter (if the doctor suddenly came to see other children). Animation for adults - it is! And in some places it was a lot of fun even for us (we were never particularly interested in this part, as we traveled with children and looked for quieter areas). Animation for teenagers - it is! Children are actively involved in active games and here, of course, a lot depends on the child himself. Ours periodically went, he liked it. Internet - it was always in the room, but not always of good quality. It was always in the lobby, but it was practically non-existent on the territory of the hotel (although WiFi itself was throughout). We went to the fish a la carte. Since nothing suited us from the free ones (Turkish and Italian), from the proposed menu, we chose the fish one (25 euros came out to our composition). Everything was delicious BUT.... everyone is seated on the veranda, it's hot outside, it's also hot indoors.... this greatly influenced our impression, because immediately there is a desire to quickly move under the air conditioner, and not enjoy the dishes! This is a minus. Conclusion. The hotel is large and comfortable. Everyone can find both fun entertainment and a calm, quiet corner for relaxation. Very friendly and active staff. Everyone is trying to help you, to please. Very friendly atmosphere throughout the rest and of course there is a desire to return. I recommend this hotel!
