We stayed at this hotel in early May. We chose this hotel because we really liked the territory and the embankment. Before that, we rested at the nearby Kemeros hotel.
1. The first impression of checking into the room:
Settled immediately, as the room was preparing "cleaned". We got number 3 floor. next to the kids mini club (good location for those with kids). So dust is everywhere! The pillows under the pillowcases are all covered in yellow stains, there is black hair on the sheets, the table is covered in sticky stains, the glasses are dirty, the only mug is chipped. Bathroom accessories only for one (there were 3 of us). Toilet brush in someone's feces. flora and fauna under the beds! Welcome so to speak!

Came to the reception with photos on the phone. They immediately took me to the director's office, so that the residents would not see what awaits them. They offered to change the room. The picture is the same, only smoky rooms, as the cleaners will smear right in the room (I saw it with my own eyes). The only option left is that our number will be removed from scratch. So it was, they replaced everything completely with a new brush and pillows.
In addition, I had to remind about bathrobes and slippers, which were also not in the room. I can note that they respond quickly to comments, which is nice.
The evening was certainly brightened up by the MONATIC concert! The concert was fantastic!
2. Gastronomy:
In gastronomic terms, everything is excellent! An abundance of food! Even after 2 weeks of stay, the food was not boring.

3. Beach:
I'm trying to write it off for the beginning of the season... The beach is dirty, plastic waste cigarette butts, a syringe. At 11:00 a. m. , sewage is draining into the sea (you can tell by the yellow bubbles and the activation of the fish).
I swam from the bridge, because the water from the bridge is cleaner. But also not without problems. They did not prepare the descent, did not clear it of shells. As a result, scars on the ankle from torn skin on shells (reminiscent of rest). Many people were crippled, as a result, the descent was removed for cleaning from marine growths.
4. Animation:
I have never seen sadder animation (with the exception of a few girls). I love aqua aerobics! I went to the sea and was glad that I would do it (in the Kemeros hotel, aqua was held 2 times a day with an excellent coach). And this is the most blatant hack!! ! How can that be! Not only was it a disgrace, it also lasted 10-15 minutes. After the first lesson, no one else went to "aerobics". Failure. The animators guys did not take cigarettes out of their mouths, in the evening they were constantly bloated (.
5. Mini club:
The mini club area is great! The buildings are distributed according to the age of the children, very comfortable and large area!
But again, minus the animators (except for the curator and a couple of girls).

The child often complained of inattention. The fact that fights and boorish behavior of other children are not stopped . . complete indifference. At the beginning of the season (until the curator arrived) the mini disco was disgusting, many kids didn't dance as the moves were sucked out of their fingers and didn't match those the kids (often vacationers) had already learned and got used to.
Other:
frankly, the hotel was not ready to receive guests, as repair and restoration work was going on everywhere. At the beginning of May the hotel was half empty.
