We chose a hotel for a long time, as we were planning a vacation in a family hotel focused on families with children, a good kids club and a large green area. We stopped at the Sherwood Exclusiv Kemer 5 * hotel (Goynuk village). So, we rested in three, my husband and I and a child of 4 years). At the entrance to the hotel, the staff smiles, at the reception they also seem to smile, until they let us fill out a questionnaire and found out that we are from Russia (looking ahead, I’ll say that the attitude towards Russians is not very good here, the advantage is for foreigners, but that’s all in order). Then they said that we had to wait. Some time passes, no one comes up to us, our child began to act up a little, we went to find out why we were waiting. . ? We were told to wait until 14:00 (we arrived at 12:00). These are hotel rules. Not a problem, we went for lunch, after which we walked a little around the territory. After lunch, we arrive at the reception at 14:30, everyone is running around, fussing, not up to us. Finally, we found out that there were no free mobiles, we had to wait for the guy carrying the luggage. Okay, let's sit and wait! Finally, they gave us cards from the room, and the porter came, let's go. I must say right away that we booked a standard room on the second floor (but this is as a wish). The room was given at the very end of the territory near the fence, next to another hotel. The room is located on the 1st floor of a two-story building with access to the garden. There is not enough light in the room and it smells of dampness. Cleaned room is not of high quality, there is someone else's hair on the floor. Well, we think, we arrived at the sea. But when evening came and time to sleep, then we felt all the charm of our settlement. . the music coming from the neighboring hotel was so loud that with the doors and windows closed - it felt like sleeping in a disco (I remind you that we were with a small child! ) after half an hour, my husband could not stand it - went to talk to another number. At the reception they said that there are no available rooms, they say wait until the morning. The next day at the appointed time went to the reception. We really changed the room - it was much closer to both the main restaurant and the beach - in general, the location is good! Of course, there was no talk of any music in the room, the room itself is larger, more substantial, does not smell of dampness, overlooking the garden, on the 3rd floor, but for us this is only a plus! Removed better. By the way, at the reception, the staff one way or another makes contact, but you need to defend your position). The territory of the hotel (as described both on the websites and in the reviews - large) did not seem big to us! If you do not take into account the number of rooms, then everything is located quite compactly: the main restaurant, which is next to a coffee shop and swimming pools for adults and children, there are also bars by the pools, and then the beach. A little further away, behind the rooms there is a mini club, next to it is an adult and children's water park, and there are also pools nearby. In general, everything is compact! The territory itself is really green, a lot of plants, tangerine trees, and more. The territory is cleaned, washed, although there are cigarette butts on the beach! The hotel is located on the 1st coastline, sand-galga beach (mostly everyone has such a beach here). When entering the sea, at first small stones, then larger and larger, and after a couple of meters when you reach the depth of the chest there are huge boulders, it’s not convenient to go, sharp stones come across (you yourself hurt your leg), further at the very depths of the sand, but how do you you know, you still have to get there. You can't do without corals! The sea itself is clean and warm! Small waves in the evening. With sun loungers, as in many hotels in Turkey, I strained, people do not sleep until 08:00, they run earlier and take towels, then you go looking for a place in the sun !! ! About the main restaurant, the food is monotonous, they give the same meat under a different name, the same fish. As we noticed, the menu alternates every few days, then again in a circle. For example, on a fish day, they give, among other things, squids in batter (I immediately say fatty ones), there were mussels - we didn’t like them, there were pickled shrimp with vegetables - also not tasty. On a Mexican day, among other things, there were spicy sauces, spicy meat in different servings, tortillas. On an Italian day - a lot of pasta, spaghetti, also served differently, spicy and in cream. The theme days didn't differ much from each other! For 10 days - once there was a Turkish night, and then we realized this only because when we entered the restaurant they announced to everyone that there would be a performance after dinner dedicated to her. There were no special treats on the table, no special Turkish sweets, no decoration of the hall that day! As for the meat: chicken, turkey, lamb and beef, they are either too fried or too salty or spicy! And if you take boiled or stewed with a minimum addition of spices, then it turns out that you eat the same thing all ten days !! ! There are many cheeses, but we ate only a few - on the dietary table and on the general table. There are many sweets, but they are all the same every day! Fruits: apples, pears, plums, oranges and tangerines (everything is like ours, according to the season), watermelons are sometimes sweet, sometimes not (also like in Russia), melons are not sweet at all, like grass. Peaches are delicious - but only once. Nectarines are like grass. Grapes are white sweet and seedless! Diet table - for children - every day the same thing! Does not change at all (boiled buckwheat, boiled chicken, boiled fish, boiled carrots, peas, boiled potatoes). For breakfast they also gave semolina and oatmeal every day, there were boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs / also every day. Soups - they gave the same ones under different names, as we called them red - these are salty soups! White - norms, you can eat, for example, mushroom. All soups without meat and potatoes, just broth, we put chicken and potatoes from the diet table! They gave borscht twice, a lot of vegetables, little meat, small, they didn’t understand which one, because it was overcooked, probably what was left of yesterday. Well, in general, waste-free production! All that remains from yesterday will be served today, only under a different name!! ! About alcohol- Base, terrible quality! Even in bottles of imported production, anything is poured! For example, the husband tried drinks of famous brands and said that these were not the same drinks at all. For example, there is a martini bottle - you say pour a martini - they don’t have such a martini, there is another local one. Or you say champagne - again they pour local - sour! Or wine in restaurants - white, red and pink - everything is sour and tastes the same!! ! Juices from vending machines are adjustable, cloying, incomprehensible! Our child did not drink them. Freshly squeezed juices - for breakfast, diluted, but more or less similar to juices! And more about service and attitude towards Russians! The hotel itself positions itself as Russian-speaking! Indeed, almost all the staff understands Russian, they say, you can understand! Many Kazakhs from the staff! But as soon as they find out that you are from Russia, the attitude is not right! The advantage here is for foreigners!! ! They are licked everywhere, smiling, in the restaurant the waiters quickly clean up dirty dishes, bring drinks on demand (which they don’t do for Russians, you won’t even wait for a child to drink water, she went and poured it herself, the plates were dirty almost until the very end of the meal), well, and more one option for foreigners is when the waiters bring plates of food to the tables, well, it certainly looks ridiculous! In general, the staff in every possible way licks foreign guests. The bartenders at the pool bars also first serve foreigners, then Russians, and without enthusiasm!! ! To put it mildly, you feel uncomfortable! I don’t understand, a hotel for Russians is not cheap, ours always come with money and are always located for a good and quality vacation! But you won't get that in this hotel, that's for sure! Children's animation: every evening there is a mini disco, the animators are trying! The advantage of the children's club is that it is closed - and the kids will not leave it on their own, and they have everything on record! During the day, the children also have a program for which they receive a diploma in the evening! As for cleaning in the room, towels are changed daily, bedding is changed every three days, soap and soap accessories as needed. Left a tip - no difference, so they stopped! Mini bar in the room - daily replenishment of sweet gas. water, drinking water, a can of beer 0.25 daily. But the last two days the mini bar was not replenished, we called the reception, they said that they would replenish it. Haven't gotten fat yet. Evening adult show: program - NO!! ! Boring dances of unknown local low-class bands, though every day they were different! The guest groups didn't even always try. Once there was a disco on the water, a light show, nothing special! Well, I repeat the very attitude towards the Russians - of course, leaves much to be desired among the entire staff! It really spoils the holiday! Although you try not to pay attention to it, you do not spend your vacation as a hermit, one way or another you have to interact with the staff. Wi Fi - normal in the room, at the reception and in the coffee shop. I almost forgot about the VIP Pier Bar. The booklet (which is given upon check-in) says that the drinks on it are ultra all inclusive, but in fact when you come to it, the bartender says that the drinks are paid and so he is not going to pour anything. And the gazebos themselves are only by appointment and payment of $ 80. Again, the booklet says nothing about this! That's how they make money. . So let's sum it up! I do not recommend this hotel!!!! ! Otherwise, be prepared to pay everyone, everywhere, to treat you well! As the saying goes, a good attitude must be earned! P. S. . According to other vacationers - this hotel - it does not pull on 5 *. Many who often travel abroad to rest were not satisfied with the hotel! (Wishes to the hotel staff - Please treat all your guests with due attention and respect, regardless of where your guest arrived! And then you will have your cherished tip for which you "try so hard"! )
