We chose this hotel with a friend because finances did not particularly allow us to roam, and here the sea and the mountains are nearby. In my subjective opinion, the hotel is fully consistent with its description, a solid three. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were met by a friendly Russian-speaking administrator, just as lucky, the owner was at the admin panel. Immediately settled, helped with things, showed everything.
The room has a working air conditioner, a working TV, towels, trempels, a balcony overlooking the mountains (beauty is unreal, especially in the morning). At the exit from the hotel there is a swimming pool, it is small in size, but since there are not so many visitors, there is enough space for relaxation. The sea is literally 3 minutes away, but there are terribly many people on the beach, and everyone takes sunbeds earlier. But also, in 10 minutes there is also a "wild beach", not all visitors know about it (the admin told about it and explained how to get there), there are fewer people and a much more beautiful landscape, so the pictures will turn out great.
By the way, this hotel is not suitable for lovers of free booze, there is only wine at the bar, but for me it doesn’t matter, since I don’t drink alcohol. The food at the hotel is good, let's say at home. The menu has always been meat or fish, a lot of vegetables and fruits, and most importantly, everything is fresh. Cleaning was actually done daily. Plumbing is new, no rust. The entire staff is very friendly and sociable, always ready to help and advise.

In general, I recommend it to everyone!
