We arrived on July 26 from there. Vacationing with my husband. We were already in wild horror in the first hours of our stay! The main flow of tourists 90% are locals. They get more attention, they try to please, they serve without a queue in bars, when we checked in we had to wait 6 hours, but at that time at least 3 Turkish families were accommodated, and we were told that there were no free rooms. They do not turn on air conditioners in the restaurant and in the main building in the lobby, there is a terrible stuffiness, because. the hotel is built in the form of a ship, there are no windows on the first floor, and accordingly there is not even the possibility of ventilation, imagine +30, humidity, air conditioners do not work, and the windows are not even open. In the restaurant, air conditioning only works at the entrance, there are no windows either, sweat drips directly into the plates. The dishes are dirty, especially glasses, especially disposable (reusable) ones. I saw with my own eyes how, while pouring beer at the pool bar, ash floated in a glass and apparently bulls were stewed in it before, through the holes of which this beer was poured. They also saw how beer was poured into glasses at the same pool from a bucket for foam, i. e. from where the excess foam from the glasses merges. I am already silent about the dirt on the territory and in the hotel itself, I am silent about mold, torn wallpaper, unwashed floors, uncleaned pools, a lot of interesting things float there, plasters, hair, fruit bones. The bridge to the beach is boarded up, you need to cross the road twice in the city to the beach, run across, because cars at the pedestrian crossing are not allowed to pass.
While they were trying to check in, people constantly came up with complaints, some didn’t work, some had air conditioning, some had a hair dryer, some had a TV, some had no water in the shower for 2 days.
The beach is 75m long, pebble, not fenced area borders on one side with another hotel on the other side with the city beach.

We had room 7234 in a 2-storey building, it is apparently the newest of all, it was lucky that they gave it, they helped $ 10 at the reception, everything worked there, and the furniture was not as terrible as in the main hotel.
Do not look at the fact that it is attractive in appearance, the internal content is disgusting!
Who has already bought tickets there, be patient and try to find something good)
Oh yes! It’s better to take your own towels, on the 3rd day they stole a towel from us along with a sunbed by the main pool, and everyone immediately stopped speaking Russian and English, and no one saw anything, they say these are common things in this hotel, but you will have to pay a fine for a towel 20 $.
The impression is terrible.
