Stayed with my husband at the end of September. I must say right away that 3 times abroad (2 times Turkey, 1 time Egypt). I read the bad reviews and am amazed! Well, what kind of people we have spoiled by home, Russian service! One would like to ask, why are you rushing into the middle fives? Go to Rixos and similar mansions!!!
Check-in went without incident and without additional payments. Room on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The room is CLEAN!!! ! There was no smell, the bed and towels are CLEAN AND WHITE!!! ! If you are traveling with children, then ask for rooms overlooking the road. until 12 midnight very noisy at the pool. We were not going to sleep after the program, so this did not bother us much.
Further, some aristocrats write that the elevators are dirty... So you explain to your children that you just need to ride in the elevators, and not slam the windows and show all your nonsense.
