Initially, we were supposed to fly to another hotel, but due to the closure of the airport, we had to urgently rebook, fly later and through Moscow, and we got this hotel. I read reviews, there were both good and bad, but there are bad reviews about any hotel, even the best, because everything cannot be perfect. But we are not pretentious tourists and still decided to go to the Transatlantic, despite the paid Internet and safe (safe $ 2 per day, Internet $ 4 per day and $ 1.10 days) and not flattering reviews. We arrived at 23:00, they wanted to visit us in the economy, but still settled in the main building in the standard. Economy rooms are located in a two-story building, standard in the main building. By the way, at the reception we were checked out by a very unpleasant girl, Irina, it seems, is called. We came to the room, and it was for 2 people, there were three of us, I went into the bath and slipped heavily on the tile, almost fell (for me it could all end very badly, because a fracture of the spine). A pipe broke in the bathroom and everything was in the water, the pressure in the shower was very weak, we washed in the shower on the 0th floor, where there is an indoor pool. Water was given the next day, we did not wash ourselves from the road at 30 o'clock. At one in the morning they brought a mattress to the room for a third person and we finally went to bed. There were 3 small towels for three, the next one I went and took the unworthy ones myself. During the 14 days that we rested, the room was cleaned 5 times, linen was changed 1 time, and towels 2. The mini bar was never replenished with water and the floors were not washed (I had to wash it myself). Tipping was left, but this did not change the situation, there was no cleaning. I brought soap and toilet paper myself. Now about the hammam, if you take from a tour operator for $25, don't expect to be well served, the spa costs $30. After the hammam, you will be given a general relaxing massage, the meaning of which is to unwind you so that you buy a massage course for $ 30 for one session, because you really need it! We talked with a woman on the beach, so she was so wrapped up that she gave $ 70 for a hammam and $ 200 for a massage (a young girl did), when she came to her senses, went to the administrator and she got her money back! We also bought the Internet for $19 for 10 days and paid for another day for $4 before leaving, and when we rented out the room somehow we still owed $10 for the Internet, we were just shocked. The entire hotel staff is very unpleasant with forced smiles and very angry, everyone is waiting for a tip and wherever you go: for beer, coffee, water. . . They will brazenly show you a tip basket, and if you don’t use it, they will give you not what you asked for or half a glass and pretend that they don’t understand you. in the hotel and on the territory there is a very unpleasant smell of sewage, it haunts everywhere, the floors are dirty, that flip flops stick. Throughout the hotel smoking and everywhere there is smoke and the smell of tobacco. Animation compared to other hotels for C grade, very weak and monotonous. Most of the food in the dining room is not edible, only the soup at lunch was pleasing, there was always a HUGE queue behind it, it is better to come to the dining room 10 minutes before opening and immediately take a queue and a table. There are very few tables, more than once I have seen people with plates waiting for 30 minutes for a seat to become free. On the dietary table, we found boiled potatoes, only she saved us from a hungry swoon! In general, queues everywhere are huge and move very slowly, be prepared for the fact that for 30 minutes. each will have to stand. The sea is excellent, but this is not the merit of the hotel))) there are few sunbeds, the beach is dirty. we came at 8 in the morning, there were few people, but there were already no places for 9. There is no foot wash, shower and changing rooms on the beach, we used these facilities on the territory of a neighboring hotel. There is no toilet on the beach!! ! The only plus was the sea and mountains, but they can be enjoyed from other hotels. I also liked the pool, huge and clean. The hotel is very noisy, even with a closed balcony, they saved the earplugs that I took just in case. We talked to many people in the hotel and everyone was very disappointed, the rest was ruined, and the locals generally wonder how the hotel has not closed yet !! ! All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
