Our operator STUPIDLY booked a triple room for a family of two adults and two children, children 9 and 10 years old, that is, in such a situation the tour operator had to solve the problem, because the hotel provided the room that was booked. However, the operator washed his hands of it, and here it is worth thanking especially Katya, from the Quest Relais hotel and the hotel itself, who went to meet us and moved us to a family quadruple room without any extra charges. Everything was great from then on!!! ! We are very grateful to the hotel and the staff for a wonderful vacation.
