The outside is finished with mirror tiles, it was because of them that we had a view of the White Wall), they promised to change, but they offered rooms even worse, in short, they stayed in their own, especially since they only came to sleep there. The second, and the biggest disappointment overtook us on the day of arrival - this is that the hotel does not work at all on the "Ultro" system, we were shocked, paid and it was written everywhere that there would be "Ultra All Inclusive", after our guide's conversation with the administration hotel, they began to replenish the minibar for us - this was the end of our "Ultro", they promised a free visit to the 1st working a la carte restaurant, when they came to sign up, they demanded 10 euros from us !! ! There is no animation at all! There was just a conference of teachers - Turks, who, like locusts, swept away everything in the restaurant (and from all the dishes they chose only chicken or beef, and left vegetables and everything else), a nightmare !!! ! I had to run to the opening of the restaurant, otherwise they would have remained hungry. The main restaurant was open until 21.00, and the disco started at 23.00, so this time I had to drink stupidly, it was not possible to sit in the hall, all the tables and sofas were occupied by Turks - teachers! The hotel administration promised that they would leave on 04.22. 2011 and we would have a normal rest and normal food and animation, but as always, "we went over the ears" and that was the end of it. We met the Animation Manager, and so he was simply not given permission to hire his team and hold shows, the hotel simply did not have the money to pay them. A couple of days later he moved out of this hotel, although he was a very cool guy, he still held a couple of shows, we really liked it, super! after they hired another animation team, animation began to be carried out only in the evenings. We went to one - it sucks - they talked something among themselves, not paying attention to the audience, they translated a couple of words into Russian, they didn’t know more. In short, what kind of hotel is this and animation. The only thing that pleased me was the weather for the last 5 days (no rain) and a trip on excursions. By the way, in Pomukal, our "Super" hotel did not even bother to pack dry bags for us on the road, as other normal hotels did, they simply forgot about them, although our guide reminded them 3 times. To turn on the music by the pool and slides, I had to run to the reception 5 times and ask. The beach is dirty, very small, there is no soul, there is no bar on the beach, supposedly not in season. They supposedly have a season since May 1, but I very much doubt that something has changed there after May 1. I especially do not advise you to go there with the kids - nothing works for children there, all the carousels and swings are broken. The rating of the hotel is "3", certainly not "5".
