We were in this hotel from 16 to 29 May 2011.
I’ll make a reservation right away so that there are no exclamations like “snickering”, “always looking for flaws”, “bore”. I myself read a lot of negative reviews about this hotel while choosing a hotel, buying a ticket and packing my bags (we booked a ticket in early March). I tuned myself and my relatives to the positive, to the fact that it is necessary to weed out people's information, that shortcomings can be found everywhere and always. I have never, in any country, not in any hotel, not on any of my vacations, NEVER looked for flaws - everywhere and always they happen, if you dig. But this is where it all just went haywire. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars. Maximum - 3 stars for the quality of service. Yes, and more. I have always been unpretentious in the rest and choice of hotels. Was in Turkey before in a 3 star hotel. And I was extremely happy that there was such a good hotel. Yes, there was a bathroom 1.5x1.5 meters with rusty pipes, a tiny sink and toilet, a shower on the wall and a hole in the floor. Yes, only 2 single beds fit in the room with a distance between the beds of 1 bedside table, on the other side to the wall 50 cm, and from the legs of the bed to the wall a maximum of 80 cm. Yes, they fed only soy there, there was nothing even to dream about meat. Yes, it was a 30-minute walk to the beach, or I drove the hotel's minibus once a day, if you have time to get a seat. But sorry, I then paid $ 100 (yes, exactly one hundred dollars) for a 4-day trip to a 3-star hotel with all-inclusive meals, including a visa. And now we paid $2.500 (two thousand dollars) for two in a 5 (!!! ) star ultra-all inclusive hotel.
We arrived at the hotel at 9.30 am, settled at 12.30 pm in the most disgusting room - at the tail of the ship, on the first floor, the end room overlooking the wall of the neighboring disco and the dirty roof over the entrance to the hotel. Only after a complaint through the guide, the next day we were moved to a more or less normal room, on the 4th floor, with access to the street, at the end of the tail of the ship. And the question is why? Because PRINCIPALLY they did not give any bribes, nothing - neither chocolates nor money.

The bed linen in the room was changed exactly 2 times in 2 weeks, as well as face towels - 2 times, the first time a couple of days after arrival, and the second time when my patience ran out and I didn’t give it to the cleaning lady. Never during our stay in the room was not vacuumed, only after a complaint through the guide (the glass on the pile flooring was lying around from the previous tenants). The floor in the bathroom was never washed - the water stood on the floor all the time, because. the shower curtain was leaking. When it was raining on the penultimate day of rest, the balcony was flooded, because. there is no canopy over the balcony at all. The drain hole on the balcony did not cope, there was no waterproofing, therefore, after a critical mark of 5 cm, water poured into the room through the closed balcony door, flooding the room 1.5 meters deep in the room and for its entire width along the window. They told the reception about this situation - no one even came to look and check.
The staff at the bar on the beach - Hamlo, arrogant and snickering Turks. In front of you, two drunken Russian aunts are making a cocktail with a smile, but they tell you that there are no cocktails. When asked why you pour others, he replies, “Don’t you understand Russian, girl? I speak Russian! ” When the sea began to warm up, there were practically no free sunbeds on the beach and near the pool (we barely dug out a couple) - only towels on the sunbeds, without people, although we came to the sea like all ordinary people - after breakfast. The impression was that people came at 7 am, threw towels on sunbeds, and left. And he appeared only after 2-3 hours of the day. And they got the dogs that always rubbed themselves near the sunbeds on the beach and suddenly jumped up and ran to bark at someone - they scared terribly. It was simply impossible to be near the pool - it constantly stank unbearably of piss and ass of cats, of which there are a lot.
Water slides worked only 3 pieces out of 5. The rides didn't work at all.
In the canteen the food was tasty, sometimes ordinary, sometimes tolerable. You won't leave hungry. There has always been meat. The only thing is that the salads were made from yesterday's food, either with sour dressing, or sour from time to time. At dinner, an hour after the start, glasses, cups, and cutlery were running out. Had to ask staff to find clean dishes. And there were eternal queues in the canteen for ice cream. . . But it was our Russians who created everything, although it was possible to do without them, at least in the canteen. Yes, positive - sesame bagels were terribly tasty in the morning. With a cup of coffee and a sesame bun in the morning, the world seemed warmer and more beautiful.

And finally, about Turkey itself. Fruits were at the usual Russian prices, except for strawberries (we got just at the height of the season) - $ 3 per 1 kg of strawberries, we don’t have such prices in the Urals. But clothes, leather - the prices have been raised either the same as ours, or even higher. And they threw off very little (about 10-20%), despite the wild bargaining before the loss of momentum on both sides of the trade.
In general, open your eyes wider. And I'm not going to Turkey anymore.
