We rested together. . . we are not picky people, but the vacation went very badly. We had a two-room suite, not bad at first sight. As it turned out, the air conditioning does not work further, and not only with us, but throughout the hotel. The front desk said they didn't have the necessary parts to fix it. Well, fortunately it was not so hot outside, the balcony was opened at night, otherwise there was nothing to breathe in the room. The downside is that the balcony overlooks the roadway, very noisy. I live in Moscow, I'm used to the noise background, but there are endless roaring cars, and even some kind of metal flooring on the road, passing through which cars make wild sounds. Okay, we've kind of come to terms with that. We go into the bathroom. . . has not been cleaned since the First World War. Balcony even longer. Well, nothing where ours did not fall. They put the maid on tea 2 bucks in one of the rooms. And what was our surprise when we found that the bed linen was changed only on the bed on which the tip was left. The other two beds were just made. They didn’t do anything else in the room, didn’t wipe the dust, didn’t wash the bathroom, etc. . Maybe left a little? The next day they put $ 5, the same effect + they put tubes of shower gel and body milk in the bathroom. On this tip ended and the bedding was no longer changed for us even on the same bed. No problem, we thought. It was raining and not just dripping from the ceiling, but pouring water in a small stream right onto the carpet. Please note that we had the 2nd floor, not the 5th!!! ! We went down to the reception, we were told that there were no other rooms. Well, with grief in half, a number was found, they moved. . . The balcony door does not close, the bath is leaking, we go to the reception, they tell us that there are no free ones. We, of course, are already outraged to the limit. The employee tells us that his working day is over and deal with that person. "That" person speaks only Turkish and knows a couple of English words. My God!! ! How? We call our guide Roman from MOSTREVEL (Tour tes they still call themselves there) we tell, he says that today everything will be fixed, they say there really are no other numbers, stay. Of course, no one fixed anything, the air conditioners didn’t work, they didn’t even wipe the dust in the rooms, and they just carried vacuum cleaners along the corridors. I have never even heard the sound of a working unit))))) As it turned out, the numbers leaked not only with us, but also with 20 percent of vacationers. The food is always the same. What they didn’t eat for breakfast, they digested for lunch, and what they didn’t eat for lunch, they put out for dinner. It’s easier for women, they ate vegetables and are full, but for men this hotel is not at all suitable. There is no meat. They give either vegetables stewed with meat (90% vegetables and 10% meat), or chopped chicken all with the same vegetables. Everything else is flour, vegetable and sweets. Fruits: oranges, apples of two varieties, green cherry plum (in the sense of unripe), apricots are not always. Watermelon was given only for dinner and then 3 times in 7 days. The coffee is bad, the juice is reminiscent of UPPI or ZUKO. Pity the children. . . They drink this chemistry. And when leaving, our transfer arrived as much as an hour later, but this is no longer the case with the hotel, but with the tour operator. The hotel barely pulls on 4 with a huge minus. It's up to you to go or not, but I will NEVER go there again!!! ! Oh yeah, there's also the beach across the road. . The fact that you have to go to him is nonsense, he is very close, but dirty, VERY dirty. And the dogs that sleep there under the sunbeds also mark the sunbeds along with the mattresses. I saw with my own eyes how the dog marked 2 sunbeds in a row, on which the towels lay. So, dear parents, be careful! ! Make sure that children do not put dirty hands in their mouths.
