Good day to all
For those. who are too lazy to read the entire review I will write briefly, but still do not be lazy - read it in full.
The hotel is not 5 stars, but a solid three. Don't spend that much money on this hotel! In addition to a beautiful appearance and a large room, you will not find anything good there!
And now everything is in order.
Rested with a young man from 1 to 10 August 2011. We are from Moscow. A young man for the first time abroad, I have been in Turkey for 10 years already, I have been to different resort towns, both in three-star and luxury ones, so there is something to compare with!
On such a *wonderful* vacation, we were sent and received by the Pegas tourist company, we flew through their airline Avianova. The ticket with all fees cost us 65 thousand for 9 nights and 10 days. A lot of money for Turkey, isn't it? )

We had a flight at 4.30, the flight was delayed for a little more than an hour. The flight went well, only the food on the plane was not very good, so if you like to eat in the morning, take something with you. We arrived in Antalya at about 9 o'clock, quickly got our luggage and went to the hotel.
SETTLEMENT.
We've arrived. according to the rules, the guide from the bus was supposed to take us to the reception, introduce us to the hotel guide at least. Instead, he kicked us out of the bus, said - here is your hotel, jumped back and left safely)
We went to the hotel, gave the suitcase. sat down in the hall and waited for the settlement (fortunately, this is not the first time I have been abroad and I have an idea of what needs to be done). Then an employee of the hotel approached us and very incomprehensibly whispered a word into her husband's ear several times, then we understood what he meant - I will help. We asked for a room with a view of the pool on the 3rd or 4th floor, as in the reviews everyone writes that it is better to ask there. They promised to give on the paw. We wait. Husband went to the lobby bar for a tequila shot (brought with him) and a lime. After a 15-20 minute battle with the *bartender*, I got a 250 ml glass and a rotten lemon)))) Then our little man came and settled us...... on the 2nd floor with wine at a neighboring hotel))) That's it)) ) So do not give anyone money when you check in.
NUMBER. 2133

We immediately liked the room, large, new, comfortable. in the bathroom, the hair dryer is normal, if desired, you can also dry long hair. There was no shower gel. Balls are just some kind of shampoo attached to the wall and hand soap, which always flowed, by the sink. "beds. one for 2 and a single bed, there is plasma on the wall, a large balcony. The air conditioner, like the light, worked only from the card, the temperature in it was not regulated. The towels in the room were changed almost every day. though the towel for the legs was put only 2 times. Bed linen I guess they didn’t change at all. In the mini bar there were 2 beers, 2 waters, 4 juices. They replenished steadily, though at the end they scored. The floor was not vacuumed, the dust was not wiped. But since we didn’t spend much time in the room, we no longer paid attention to these shortcomings , since these are just trifles compared to all the minuses.
NUTRITION.
The main restaurant is designed for 50-70 people, then there is a room under the roof without air conditioning, which is terribly stuffy and there are tables outside. If you want to sit in the cool, then either come to the very opening or stand with someone over your soul and wait until they finish eating)
Table cleaning does not exist there, as well as serving, as well as full-fledged waiters - they only collect dishes and drive guests away, but about the staff later. We came to breakfast at 10, from the food there were already 3 types of eggs and toasts. There is ALWAYS a queue behind all this, so don't be surprised. Coffee, tea and mugs never happen by 10 o'clock! You have to run yourself to another bar and somehow get it. Juices there are only powdered, except for tomato.
Dinner and supper. If you like french fries, then you will not stay hungry, but again, if you stand in line. They took potatoes, then in line for pasta, then in line for vegetables, then in line for capelin. and further for (if you're lucky) meat. Their soups are not very good, they are usually three days old. Meat usually has to be caught from some kind of mixed dishes. Rice is not tasty. For dinner, something else is grilled outside, but this is something you can try if you stand in line for about an hour! And I'm not exaggerating!!
Half an hour before the end of the meal, the food is steadily removed, and if you came for breakfast at 10.25 you are unlikely to be allowed in.
THE DRINKS.
The hotel positions itself with the ultra all inclusive system, which means soft drinks, local alcoholic drinks, imported alcoholic drinks except for XO VSO VSOP, etc.
If you want to drink normal alcohol, buy it in advance in duti fries there are reasonable prices, since there is nothing in the hotel except upi juice, tomato juice from a pack, soda, and local dregs. More or less you can drink beer, wine - but in small doses the martyr was poisoned, well, mb whiskey for the guys.

Tea and coffee are difficult to find, but you can still find it at the bar near the restaurant.
The main thing is not to drink their cocktails, they are made from very cheap local alcohol and will certainly cause great harm to your stomach.
By the way, imported alcohol is available there, but they call it extra, which means for an additional fee. To make a gin tonic with a beefeater costs 5 bucks, we were afraid to ask the rest of the prices.
STAFF AND SERVICE.
Now let's move on to the worst. If you have read this far and have not changed your mind about going to this hotel, then I strongly advise you to learn Turkish or at least take a dictionary with you. The staff there does not speak or understand Russian or English or any other languages besides Turkish, you can even don't try. When asked whether you speak Russian or speak English, they all answer a little bit, but in the end they always shake their heads and shrug.
In the lobby bar they asked for a martini and whiskey-cola and got.......3 martinis! BINGO))) and in the first days there was a very unpleasant incident.
at 12 o'clock my husband and I came to the lobby bar after a walk and asked for 3 martinis with juice and 3 ices. The bartender first put a piece of ice in one glass and in the other we asked to put 2 more each, explained all this naturally in Russian + English and with gestures, he put all the ice in one glass, poured more ice into the remaining two, poured a martini half a glass. When we tried to explain that we didn’t need it, he went berserk, threw glasses on the bar and started shouting something in Turkish indignantly. A woman standing nearby advised us to complain to the reception, which we did. In response, some manager told us - he was tired. Amazing))))
I was personally shocked very much, nowhere and never seen anything like this. Not only that in Turkey, all the staff knows at least English elementary things, but these are also just some kind of savages....In general, horror

The waiters in the restaurant do not wipe the tables, they just shake off the napkins on your chair and you sit there. We served our own table, too, always ourselves. But this is again if you sit down to eat after someone. Drinks are not served at dinner, although this is customary everywhere. The cooks cook very slowly, as if they are being bullied. On the beach near the sea, drinks are pitiful. Only 4 glasses max can be given to one person at a time, and then this is if you beg. The ice is also very pitiful, although the ice makers are always full. By the way, by the sea and by the pool you will have to drink and plastic cups ! ! Not plastic ! ! although they are already similar)
HOTEL AND ALL AROUND.
The hotel itself is beautiful, impressive at first sight. Two years ago we rested in the neighboring one - le chateau de prestige, then we still liked it. The territory is average, most of it is occupied by pools. Plus pools - they are large and there is no flea market. Minutes - the water there is salty and it is sooooo dirty. For 10 days it has never been cleaned. if you look down from the bridge you can see all sorts of interesting things there. And by the way, be careful, there is a lot of glass, they ran into it themselves.
There is also an amphitheater, in the evenings there is animation. As for her, it is very, very weak. Animators do not amuse but only immerse in a trance, well, it's not surprising - they drink at night at a local disco until the morning and then leave all day.
The sea is good, clean, very salty, the beach is also clean, there is a two-level pier. BUT you don’t have to go to the beach, as it is written everywhere, first through the bridge and then the territory of the hotel, but in fact along the bridge across the road and then through the garbage, in which everything is lying around from bottle labels to a worn out canoe and a broken toilet bowl sorry.
awnings on the sea stand very bad luck. sitting under them is very stuffy, so choose a place closer to the open sky.
Further along the hotel and further there are shopping arcades, there is everything you need at more or less reasonable prices.
if you go from a Pegasus travel agency, you will be offered outbound shopping. We went to a leather shop in Kemer, bought myself a jacket for 300 very decent. We also went to Antalya for textiles and regretted it a hundred times. the prices are soooooo high and things are sold worse than in our markets. For example, women's T-shirts-alcoholics cost 20 bucks of dubious appearance and quality. and men's polo is even worse than 40-100 bucks. So don't waste your time on this.

In tourism, it is generally accepted that regular guests are considered the best indicator of the quality of a hotel, in this hotel there are no such guests. I personally wouldn't risk going there again. Well, it's up to you to decide whether to go there)
