Our disappointment with the hotel began from the moment we got to know the room. Vouchers were purchased from us in the Standard room. We go into the room and come to a quiet horror. A small number from the word very. The room has two beds around which you can move sideways. The bedside table stands on three different legs and, accordingly, awry. A shabby shop and a small, very old yellow refrigerator that must have once been white. In the shower, the door opens 50 centimeters: if you want to wash, lose weight. We are immediately at the reception, where the administrator knows only Russian words “do not understand” and “no number”. At first we asked to change, then demanded, referring to the fact that the ticket was “standard”, and at the end they already offered money, but, as it turned out later, they offered little. There is nothing to do and we sent a photo of the room to our tour operator.

Already at lunch the next day, we received a message that we needed to go to the reception to change the room and receive a compliment from the hotel (which we could not ask for). Well, at least they changed the number.
Cleaning at the hotel was carried out, because we saw the cleaner in the corridor of the building, but apparently not in our room. Already even a sign was hung on the door to get out. Towels were not changed for seven days. In front of me, the woman at the reception was begging for toilet paper, and the administrator turned on the "don't understand" mode. The question is, why are you hiring in a hotel where Russian-speaking guests mostly live, such “non-understanders”.
Breakfasts, lunches and dinners "not a buffet", everything is imposed by employees. It is not clear why the hotel pays for the work of a crowd of employees, and not allow visitors to impose themselves. After all, two employees for snacks, two for salads, six for hot, two for dessert, and more for drinks !! ! This is who I remember.
And all this creates huge queues, first you have to stand in line for one, then for another, then for the third.
For all the days of stay at the hotel, they gave fish only twice, the rest of the days they gave chicken and stewed liver with potatoes. Of the fruits - watermelon, it's good at least sweet.
By the way, these employees are very reluctant to impose when you say "more". For example, I don’t eat sausage, and I ask you to add two more pieces of cheese. So they very diligently separate just one piece. As a result, you have to stand in line again. There are a lot of flies in the restaurant.
Of the drinks, there was plenty of beer. The wine was white and red, very strongly reeked of vinegar, it was impossible to drink it. From cocktails: a little gin + colored syrup, all filled with sprite. There was sometimes no ice (quickly ended). Drinking warm is still a pleasure. The rest of the drinks are considered drinks of foreign origin, and they are paid.
Ice cream was served every day from 15.00 to 16.00.
Always had vanilla and chocolate.
The swimming pool at the hotel was open from 9 am to 5 pm.
