I liked the hotel in general. Cons: if the room is standard, it is very small. A baby cot is available on request, but there is almost no place to walk in the room ...Wi-Fi is only available at the reception and a little by the pool. Another minus-palette can be anywhere, even where children play (rest). For example, children's animation (disco) in the yard - there are parents who smoke ...Not everyone for some reason understands that many do not like it! ! ! !!
Also, if you ask to iron things, the iron is not given ...The staff who cleaned the rooms do not speak Russian or English. I had to point to my fingers : )
In the restaurant, children do not have much choice to drink. Divorced UPI! ! ! ! ! Well, of course there is a sprite, a circle, a fanta. So the child drank water, or juice, which cost $ 2. By the way, you can squeeze the juice yourself:

Positive moments: the courtesy of the staff, the rooms are in normal condition, the air conditioner is installed below, so the cool air went up - you could not worry about children who may get sick. Cool kitchen (large selection of dishes). Every night was themed. All the time something was done, both for adults (the show is just great - Foam Party, etc. !!! ) and for children. The animators speak Russian, Turkish and English. There were no language problems. If it is a children's room, there are always 3-4 animators with children who know the language, regardless of how many children are in the room. Even if there is one child, 3 animators will play with it : ) The sea is very clean. Your beach is clean. Only Ukrainians and Turks have a rest, the French were not met (as written in previous comments).
