I will try to write an objective review for those who are going to go to this hotel, so that they weigh all the pros and cons for themselves and decide whether to go or not. I must say right away that when choosing this hotel, I understood that this was not a high-class hotel, and I was ready to close my eyes to something. This hotel is suitable for those who have previously rested in inexpensive 4 * and 3 * hotels or travel abroad for the first time. Then you will most likely like the hotel. They may not even notice the disadvantages that I will write about.
We have already been to Turkey several times, so the impressions of the rest as a whole remained positive only thanks to our agreement between ourselves not to spoil our mood and have a good rest no matter what. This hotel has more cons than pros. I'll start with them. Firstly, the service or its absence, since no questions at the reception were resolved only after the 5th appeal (at best) or almost always were not resolved at all. They stay for an awfully long time. I understand that it's okay with them. We got to the room only at 15:45.
The rooms are very small. Air conditioning is a separate story. The operating time of the air conditioner (since it is central) is from 15 pm to 7 am. But even during these hours, he "worked" as if he did not exist at all. In general, instead of air conditioning, we had a fan in the room. The minibar "cooled" drinks as well as the air conditioner "cooled" the room, so the water in our room was always 27-30 degrees. True, the minibar was replaced after a week, and it began to cool the water to 23-25 degrees. Housekeeping is just terrible. The maid smeared the dirt with a rag on the floor, and on this she considered her duties completed. Towels were changed extremely rarely, and it always turned out to be 2 or 1 instead of 3 sets. Bed linen was changed only once and only 10 days after daily (starting from the 5th day of rest) trips to the reception.

The territory of the hotel can be said no. Orange trees, half-dried palm trees and dried grass in places. With air conditioning in the restaurant a little better than in the room, but still very stuffy. Therefore, everyone tried to take a seat on the open balconies, because. there was sometimes a breeze. But there are very few places on the balconies, and even before the opening of the restaurant for some vacationers, mostly of Turkish nationality, waiters occupy, putting glasses with drinks there (maybe for a tip, or maybe on a national basis, I don’t know for sure).
You can not visit a la carte restaurants, because. there is nothing special there. We were in Italian, we didn’t like it, Turkish is generally scolded by everyone. All drinks in the a la carte, except water, for an additional fee. Beach towels were issued at a very inconvenient time, so it was often impossible to change them, we had to carry dirty ones to the room, and then the next day to the beach. In general, the impression remains that the hotel saves on everything. On electricity, washing powder, detergents, etc. Animation was on all days except Sunday, but not very interesting.
Upon arrival, we paid for the safe in the room. Imagine my surprise when, on the fifth day of rest, I discovered that it opens not only with my code, but simply by entering six zeros. It turns out that all these days I kept money and all valuables in the most visible place in the closet. Why do they charge 1 euro per day? When we went to the reception to sort it out, they made surprised eyes and said that this could not be. We had to go to the room and literally poke them with our noses, after which we were offered to enter a different combination of numbers instead of zeros, which only the hotel staff would know. This is done in case we suddenly forget the code. But the question arises, from whom do we hide money in a safe, from ourselves or what?
At the reception, an unfinished (you can’t call her otherwise) girl Katya was talking nonsense that they (i. e. the hotel) are responsible for ensuring that we don’t lose anything, but when I asked how I would have to prove if something will be lost, it was difficult to answer.

Now I will write about a few pluses. Nice beach, there are almost always free sunbeds. Umbrellas are now stationary there, so at least one less problem. Good children's animation (but Sunday is a day off and there is nothing for children to do). Excellent, albeit repeated from day to day, food, but very little ripe fruit. Cherries were given 4 times in 2 weeks. Every day there were watermelons, green melons, unripe apricots and plums, not very tasty grapes and apples. Ice cream for 2 weeks was 1 time for dinner. Dirty plates in the restaurant are carried away quickly, this is not a problem. My opinion is that this hotel is not worth the money. If it were cheaper, then there would probably be fewer complaints, but in any case, it is unacceptable, for a hotel of this level, not to change bed linen and towels in the rooms. If you go to this hotel, then only because of the good, fairly high-quality food, but not in June-August because of the air conditioners.
