Hello! I finally decided to post my review of this hotel. We chose for a long time, thanks to your site we got acquainted with a large number of reviews and decided to go. We rested from 12 to 19 July 2012.
I'll start with the fact that we bought a ticket through TUI - we are very satisfied with the transfer, guides, and advice provided. We were three adults (I am 22 and my parents are 49). We arrived at about 11 am, while we got from the airport to the hotel and settled in, it was about one in the afternoon. The weather was excellent, the air temperature was all the time at +40, the sea was very warm, crystal clear (+30). The territory of the hotel is huge, everything is buried in greenery, orange and pomegranate trees, flowers, shrubs, many hammocks, lights are everywhere at night, so even the most distant bungalows could be easily reached. The beach is very large, as is the pier. There was enough space for absolutely everyone, the pools were clean, sunbeds and mattresses were free. The city center is close to the hotel. For lovers of nightlife, literally a stone's throw to the left of the exit are three very worthy nightclubs.
The food was very good and varied. I read different reviews here and, honestly, I don’t understand a little... Did you really have to serve lobsters? : ) Every day a large selection of meat and fish, in any form. Soups, salads, side dishes. A varied selection of fruits. Baby food, even for people on a special diet (if you have stomach problems), there was always something to choose from. The hall of the main restaurant was clean, yes, sometimes the waiters did not have time to immediately clean up after the visitors, but only because they had a LOT of work. In addition to the main restaurant, there is also a snack bar, a place where cakes were baked, and at any time you could find something to eat.
We lived in a bungalow, not very close to the amphitheater, so the music didn't bother us. They cleaned our room every day (every morning, before going to the beach, we left a $ 1 tip), changed towels, and when we returned to 12 - everything was ready.
Separately, about the pools: there are several of them on the territory, of those that I know - this is the main pool near the beach, the second one is small for slides, the third one is near the building (there the water was 10 degrees lower than in the main one, which was very refreshing in such heat). Perfect cleanliness everywhere. A lot, I tell you, also depends on the culture and upbringing of vacationers.
We were in Turkey not for the first time, we visited almost all excursions, this time we took only a Jeep safari. If you have a driver's license with you, then you will get a lot of pleasure from driving in the mountains. We bought at the hotel, in the city you can buy cheaper (but the hotel guarantees you a good route, excellent guides, and a transfer), and so - options are possible. The hotel has an excellent jewelry store - the quality and choice are very worthy, the seller is attentive and the prices are pleasant.
For children, all conditions for an active and unforgettable vacation are provided here (children's animation, evening disco). Also during the day there are a huge number of recreational activities at the pool and on the beach. In the evening, the animation team makes an amazing show every time (as a rule), various dance groups are often invited. There are theme parties almost every evening. The hotel also has its own very good disco, which starts working from 23-00.
Regarding the staff - the contingent at the hotel is completely different (many Russians, Ukrainians, but also Turks, French and Germans). The staff is fluent in different languages, so there should be no problems. I did not have any discomfort, as I spoke English calmly. At the reception they will help to solve any issue, the bartenders and animators generally commanded great respect, as they worked with full dedication and always paid attention to every vacationer. Attentive, sympathetic, friendly - and all this sincerely.
It was worth it. The vacation was unforgettable. We plan to come to the same hotel next summer. I recommend to everyone.
