Rested in early September with a child of 2 years. We chose this hotel on the recommendation of a travel agency. We read the reviews, prepared for a mediocre version, but did not think that everything would turn out so bad in reality.

There are still some good things in the hotel:

1) Quite a large beach, lots of sun loungers, nice clean warm sea.

2) Guest Relations work well, they helped with resolving issues with insurance, with sending to the hospital, congratulated on my birthday.

3) The staff in the dining room are great, the work is terribly hard, but they are always smiling, joking with the children.

4) employees of the tour operator TUI - always available, helped to solve various issues.

Now for the bad:

1) The condition of the hotel. The hotel is very old, the rooms are old, the furniture is old, shabby, the plumbing is old, in our first room 604 the faucet was hanging on the sink, the toilet lid was broken, everything was so dead and dirty that it was disgusting to touch anything.

Then we changed the number to 617 (3rd floor of the bungalow), it was a little better there, but also bad.

2) Cleaning is very bad in the rooms, towels are changed and garbage is taken out. For a tip, they will put swans on the bed, but the dirt and dust, as they were in the room, remain. So that it was not disgusting to be in the room, she cleaned herself. Bed linen was never changed in 2 weeks.

3) Disease viruses. The whole family (me, husband, child) were sick all 2 weeks of staying at this hotel, we had SARS, the child had a cough for a week (all the children in the hotel coughed the same way), intestinal infections brought us to the hospital in Kemer and droppers, the last 3 days we were sick even just from the smell from the dining room. We didn’t swim in the pool, most likely picked up the viruses in the dining room, or in the room, which is not surprising, with such a quality of cleaning.

4) Location. Transfer from the airport took us 2.5 hours.
The hotel is located at the very end of the village of Tekirova, on the outskirts, it takes, for example, 30 minutes to walk to the Migros supermarket, and there is nowhere to actually leave the hotel (in the village itself there are only shops like leather-fur-swimwear-sweets, etc. )

5) wi-fi is normal and without interruption - only in the lobby. In bungalow rooms, it is sometimes connected, but quickly lost.

6) SPA - 2 saunas and a hammam, three showers, one of which is broken, there is no tea or coffee, there is no pool, the locker room is old dirty, the rooms, especially near the showers, smell of sewage.

7) there is nothing special to do with a small child - the Tukan kids club for older children. The playground is tiny and practically useless, 2 slides, 4 swings (3 of them are broken).

Overall impression - the hotel does not even deserve 4 stars. The attitude towards guests is so-so. The staff everywhere (except the dining room) is very unfriendly, even angry in some places. The condition of the hotel is sad. Everything in the hotel is old, broken and dirty.

The food is not very tasty - for breakfast, undercooked eggs, undercooked scrambled eggs, underbaked pancakes. Lunches and dinners are more or less decent, but half of the dishes are simply tasteless. Although, this is a subjective opinion, of course.

Well, as it turned out, it is very easy to catch intestinal infections in the hotel (apparently due to old age and poor cleaning of everything and everywhere). But this is, of course, how lucky. We're out of luck. All two weeks of rest we were sick. Of course, this also spoiled the impression of the holiday as a whole, but even if we discard illnesses, the hotel does not deserve all the laudatory reviews that are written about it (and spoken in travel agencies).
