1. From the very first minutes of check-in, the room was disappointing. The furniture is old, dirty, worn, peeling paint. There are stains on the walls, stains on the curtains. The towels in the room used to be white, but now they are grey, washed out. Beach towels still have holes in them....
2. There was not much variety in food. Mostly chicken, turkey, lots of vegetables and herbs, lots of desserts. But we liked it, no questions.
3. Children's club - norms, our child really liked the evening discos.
4. For adults, exercises, yoga, aerobics, everything is ok.
5. CLEANING IN THE ROOM IS DISGUSTING! We have a small child, sleeps from 2 to 4 and they come to us with cleaning at this time. We swore several times, asked to clean up with us earlier. They don't rush to fix it.
6. A la carte restaurant was open 1 at the beginning of May and once a week. We stood in line for half an hour and there were not enough seats for us. So for a week they did not get there. THE ORGANIZATION OF THE HOTEL IS DISGUSTING!
7. The hotel is cleaned, clean, well maintained.
We will not go to this hotel again!
