The hotel area is not bad, cozy, but it is clear that it is not supported financially. The owner does not invest money. Elevator is bad, had to walk. The bathroom has not been renovated for a long time, the state is disgusting. The water is not always hot, late in the evening it is already gone. Refrigerator - oil, miniature freezer, in general - it is almost impossible to use. The TV showed 3 channels, one of which was in Russian, 2 were Turkish. Visibility is zero, the antenna does not work. So the TV never turned on. The air conditioner is old but worked.
Especially it is necessary to say about food. It was a pity to look at the men who chewed lettuce leaves and tried to fill their stomachs with at least something... there is very little food and it is of poor quality. Every morning - boiled eggs. If you came later - there were not enough eggs, then drink one tea. I did not take marmalade or jam in boxes, but the tourists said that there was mold. There were 5-6 types of soft cheese, and all salty. I found 1 cheese less salty, I took it. Olives are also very salty, it did not suit my stomach. Desserts were all from semolina, they did not differ in variety, they were always the same....But the worst thing was green plums the size of large cherries and apples the size of plums... I don’t understand the tourists who gnawed these green plums just because it was a gift. But is it a gift? I paid for 7 days 6 nights - 10.100 hryvnia. Because I was alone in the room. But this hotel is not even worth half that amount! We give such plums to pigs, not to people, and why do people disrespect themselves so much? Do they pay money for such conditions? The apples were a little better, maybe sweeter.
I think that the supply of this hotel is based on the residual principle - first 5-star, then 4, then - here - leftovers. They never gave me a watermelon, so the tourists themselves bought watermelons and ate them for dinner. Although this is the high season and there are a lot of fruits and berries in Turkey. The beer was like water, probably non-alcoholic? Or diluted. Wine - also no... Animation - sad to remember... Tables in the "restaurant" type are plastic, like chairs, such as in pubs on summer grounds. Go to the beach for 15-20 minutes past shops, and our sun loungers, of course, were broken, scary, and awnings too. Nearby there were awnings and places for a 5-star hotel, and so (! ), The beach worker who watched this area sometimes treated our tourists with watermelon, which was left over from the lunch of the tourists of this cool hotel. There were also sandwiches. He allowed me to get water or juice from him... so to speak - a gesture of goodwill for the tourists of our unfortunate 3... ((it was sad and humiliating.

I especially want to say about the administrator Sherkhan... a rude, ill-mannered employee. He was the night manager. When on the first day we didn’t even have enough eggs for breakfast, and only because we decided to go to the beach before breakfast, instead of settling the conflict, he began to rudely intimidate us with eviction from the hotel. The same story was with the iron. Although the hotel had an iron, he sarcastically replied that the hotel was not obliged to provide guests with an iron. Those. as I understand it - walk in crumpled clothes, what kind of neat look is there and why? And quite another thing - Paradise. This employee was immediately friendly, helpful and helpful in resolving issues. And the iron was found, and the currency helped to exchange, and smiled regardless of the circumstances. No aggression, no malice. Thank you for this, Ray.
Although... there was still one plus: I didn’t gain a single gram in a week, which could not be said after a vacation in Kemer in another hotel, albeit 4 stars, but excellent. Then the abundance in food was such that she recovered by 1 kg per week. Plus excellent living conditions. And the sea also pleased, whatever you say - nature is much more perfect than man... So, the conclusion for those who want to relax cheaper: I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! If I go to Turkey again, then just not to this hotel. Have a good rest and excellent hotels.
