We arrived on the evening of 12.07. 19. Far from the airport. Tired. Considering the traffic on Friday, we drove for two hours. The hotel met with an unpleasant surprise. We were placed for the night in the basement, with no windows, no hood, with air conditioning blowing directly on the bed (and you can’t turn it off, you will suffocate). A girl who had arrived on our own flight was placed in the next basement. That is, there were no rooms for any of the three arrivals. The next day at one in the afternoon we were finally given normal rooms. A day of rest (out of only seven available) was stolen from us. And it's not a random overlay. Cellars are never empty in this hotel. The owners deliberately sell the rooms twice. Hence the constant inconsistencies. A newcomer should already move in, and the room is busy for another day. More money is being squeezed out of the hotel than it can give. This greed is amazing. Moreover, the owner and his family themselves live and work in this hotel. It is evident that the owner puts his soul into it. But then he himself destroys the created. If you are ready to risk going through the basement, then there is a chance to have a good rest. Friendly staff, no issues. Nature is beautiful. But personally we are not ready to come here again. I would like to appeal to all "our" citizens: Russians, Belarusians, Ukrainians. After all, only we are allowed such treatment. Let's learn to respect ourselves, not to hush up such situations, to defend our rights. We wrote relevant statements to the travel agency and tour operator (in our case, this is Alaskatour). Let's see what they do. But we are sure that a night in the basement, spent, for example, by a German, would cost the hotel dearly. It is possible that the tour operator would have ceased cooperation with this hotel altogether. But we did not notice any changes during our stay. It seems that our statements did not change the way the hotel operates in any way. In our country, a "double" sale is fraught with an article of the Criminal Code, but is it the norm in Turkey?
