We went with "Accord" on a bus tour Romania-Bulgaria-Turkey with a 10 day rest in Kusadasi. Of the three hotels proposed by Accord, the least respectable Albora was chosen only because it is the only one of the three located in the city. As it turned out later, they were right. This includes daily evening walks around the city, to markets and travel agencies. The hotel is very well located. We (13 people from the bus lived in Albor) all agreed at a local travel agency (on Ladies Beach) and went to Pamukkale for $ 35, and our colleagues from country hotels for 45 and even 60 of the same c. u. My wife and I went to Ephesus on a regular dolmush (minibus). This trip cost us $35 for two ("Accord" offered for 38 Euros per person). Pebble beach is 400 meters from the hotel, and sandy - 1.5 km. We rested mainly on the sandy beach.
The family runs the hotel. Moreover, everyone works, including children - they help in the dining room, clean up near the pool. The guys do their homework in the lobby. They have breakfast with vacationers and the same as everyone else, so claims cannot be made for monotonous breakfasts. But dinners are delicious, a large selection of salads.
The big minus is the lack of a refrigerator in the room.

Bed linen and towels look unsightly. My bedspread was too shabby with many holes. However, whatever you ask, they immediately change.
