Arriving at the hotel, at first sight I liked almost everything: a small area, good pools, very close to the sea. The hotel is "young", it has only been open for 3 seasons and it was strange to get problems with a stack in the shower, a wobbly sink and a broken wardrobe, but if this was fixed on the first call to the reception, I would not say a word, but I had to go to reception, to the guide, and only after 2-3 trips did the master come. Cleaning at the hotel is DISGUSTING: under the bed there were bottle caps (of the previous tenants), DUST was so much that it was under the bed, and above the bed, and on the TV, and on the shelves. The floors were washed with a "snake" and only aisles, no corners. Only vacuumed under the beds after contacting the person who supervised cleaning at the hotel level. And the dust still remained, albeit not in such quantity. The cleaning lady took the bathrobes and bedspreads, and in order to bring them back, I had to go to the reception desk and the guide for 4 days: they wrote everything down, but the situation did not change. As a result, they brought us bathrobes, but no bedspreads.
The apogee of everything was this: we were called to the guide for a conversation. The guide provided a photo of our suitcase, which was CLOSED IN THE ROOM and in the suitcase there were cans of beer from his free mini-bar, which was paid for and replenished once a day. There were also photos of towels lying not in the bathroom, but in the hotel closet, and also photos of cans of Pepsi, Mirinda, standing on the safe in the closet and which we don’t drink and just make up. Because if there are more than 2 cans in the refrigerator, it stops cooling. Those. it turns out that the cleaning lady, who every morning smiled and took a tip, OPENED THE SUITCASE AND CLIMBED IT + CLIMBED THE CABINET AND CLOTHES! And this is in a 5* hotel! You are not in the room, and someone is rummaging around in your personal belongings. This is the order of the hotel management, is it her personal whim? What's this?
If I had been asked to show my suitcase during check-out, I would have reacted with understanding, but when it’s like that, they dig through the suitcase when you are not? ! The event ruined the rest of the holiday. We returned a week ago, but the sediment still remains. And a state of shock too.
And so, it is worth noting the variety of food, but there is not always something for a child to choose, because soups are often salty and peppery. The same goes for meat and vegetables. Broccoli and cauliflower are available at the children's buffet. Also in the kids buffet are fries and nuggets that my 2 year old doesn't eat.

There is a lot of food, you can find something for yourself, but it gets boring after 5 days already. For 2 weeks there was never seafood, but the fish was always different. Cutlery and plates are often poorly washed, you have to look for clean ones. But all the + and - of the hotel just pale in comparison to the incident with the cleaning lady! When I asked the guide what right she had to open the suitcase, he left the answer! And he began to say that the suitcase fell, opened and other unrealistic nonsense. But how could a closed suitcase open with all the zippers? ! By the way, we had 3 suitcases in the room and all 3 were searched. In addition, it was clear that the things in the closet were also searched and did not lie the way they were put. And also, the guide said that the hotel management is not responsible for the loss of things, because there is a free safe for this. Those. You are not protected by anything or anyone in the hotel. Nothing can be left in the room, because the hotel is not responsible for the actions of its staff.
No one warned that things might be searched: suitcases, wardrobes. Nobody talked about it!
And for what to pay such money? By the way, our vacation cost $3.600 and $3.400, taking into account the agency's discount.
