We rested in September: from 10 to 21, the weather was good, it was very hot at noon, it was normal in the morning and in the evening, we didn’t use air conditioning at night - and it was very comfortable without it (and it’s noisy). The hotel was chosen according to good reviews on the Internet, it would be better to ask those who visited, they would not be so disappointed.
We flew with TezTour, in terms of organization - everything was 5 plus (met and delivered). We drove a couple of hours from the airport - Atlantic is the farthest of the hotels.
2 Russian girls work at the reception + there is a guide from Teztour. From the Russian speakers, I do not advise you to communicate with a short girl with glasses (like a Turkish woman), she either does not understand Russian well, or is simply not very smart (she ruined our dinner with friends, writing us down on the wrong date for which we agreed). Don't give her money, take it - she'll take it, but you'll get the number anyway. And it is better to communicate with English-speaking employees - they are more helpful.

The room we came across is old and shabby, but with a refrigerator. They tried to change a couple of times - either they said that there were no places, or they offered even worse rooms. I do not advise taking a room below the third floor - the rooms stink very strongly. The worst thing about this hotel is the bathrooms. The curtain in the shower does not protect against splashes and everything pours onto the floor, in the corner of the bathroom there is a hole in the floor, “thanks” to it and all the unpleasant odors. Cleaned so-so, like and diligently, and every day, but in the room and other people's hair, and nails, and sand were present. In the early days, I constantly wanted to buy a rag and clean it myself, then I got used to it. In short, the rooms are not for the squeamish.
The territory is very green, large, constantly cleaned and watered. 2 pools, one has two slides, a lot of palm trees.
There are shops on the territory (prices are high), it is better to buy water and all sorts of little things by going to the beach and turning right, at the distant shops, where the minibus stops, the prices were the best. There we bought two large towels, each for the entire length of the sunbed, for 12 lira each.
The beach is sandy, there are a lot of sunbeds, they are free, but it is better to take it in the morning, at 6-7 o'clock, before breakfast, then it is unrealistic to take it, places will only be by the pools. Towels from the hotel should not be taken to the beach, they are monitored and taken by the hotel staff, then you will have to ask at the reception. the beach is cleaned every morning, diligently burying cigarette butts in the sand. They smoke a lot, smoke all and sundry right on the beach, throw cigarette butts into the sand, although there are trash pots. there are always hotel security guards patrolling along the beach, sort of around the clock. The sea is good, the entrance is very smooth, sandy, only a meter from the entrance there are some pebbles, then sand again.
Quite far the water is knee-deep, if you relax with children, then the beach is safe. the water is clean and warm.

The food is very monotonous, from hot dishes basically everything is stew, from meat - only chicken. There is always soup. You will not starve, but the food is not very tasty. The fish is very rare, small and bony. Drinks at the hotel - local, heavily diluted table wines, juices - yuppies, cola, fanta, sprite, beer (also heavily diluted) + local alcoholic cocktails and alcohol. Drinks in the hotel restaurant are slightly better than by the pools. Fruit - not the best quality, poorly washed. Of the fruits were green plums, oranges, watermelons, peaches (rarely), grapes. Local sweets are very specific, there is a lot of sugar, but little taste. it was possible to visit 1 time Beach blue cafe - a la carte restaurant, a restaurant on the seashore. we went on chicken day, it was the only deliciously cooked meal during our stay in this hotel.
but drinks are paid. The Turkish red wine Sevilen is very good, but in this restaurant it costs about 60 lira per bottle (it is not around 20-25 lira in the Kipa supermarket).
I don’t advise anyone to go on a free tour of Kusadasi with shopping from Teztur, you will spend a whole day of rest visiting the four most expensive stores located very far away, and the quality of the goods in sweets and clothes is very doubtful, and the price is space. A few hours to drive in the heat and ten minutes to take pictures at the observation deck are not worth it. Not far from the Atlantic there is a Kipa supermarket, ask at the reception and they will tell you the way. We walked for 20-30 minutes. There are many shops, there are sales. Not reaching Kipa there are many branded stores of different brands. There is also a minibus on Sok, next to which there are warehouse stores from factories.
Everywhere, even in stores it is worth haggling, we were thrown off everywhere, with the exception of the natural hypermarket.
My wife and I had severe poisoning, although we ate only at the hotel, we drank water only from coolers. I had to go to the hospital. Another couple traveled with us that day from the hotel. Hospital for 5 plus, the ward was larger, more comfortable and better than the room in the Atlantic. Osya was free. But, in the hospital, before signing something, carefully read what you are signing for. We did not sign the paper, in which it was written that we guarantee the payment of treatment with all our property, although we had an insurance policy, they persuaded us to sign for about ten minutes, referring to the fact that they “do not understand well what is written there, but I need to sign it”.
Tourists: mostly Turks, Bulgarians, Czechs, Slovaks, Poles, Belarusians.

Therefore, there are queues everywhere, who did not have time - he was left without fruits and sunbeds, everyone around smokes, talking loudly. In short: the full feeling of the Soviet camp site did not leave us for a single day.
