Previously rested in Alanya and Kemer. This region was chosen for the first time and, as it seemed to us, they did not regret it. The first impression was very positive. We drank some wine, relaxed and left beautiful Furla glasses on the table. 09/06/2021 we came to the restaurant to pick up glasses, as we hoped that the restaurant should return the forgotten things. But it wasn’t there, in the restaurant they smiled at the request to return the glasses, they shrugged at the reception, and the head of security shrugged his shoulders... When waiters in a restaurant steal things accidentally left by visitors, this is a SHAME...

I chose the hotel because of the large green area, easy transfer from the airport and novelty (never been to Kusadasi before). I will say this: the hotel exceeded my expectations! For me, everything was, if not perfect, then close to it. Great clean room with a chic look, daily cleaning, instant response to inquiries.

The only thing I can notice from the "negative" is the gentle extortion of money for moving to the best room and going to the shops on a trip. But if you take it as part of tradition, then all the rules. Not for the first time I wanted to return to the hotel again.

The territory of the hotel is large, there is where to walk, especially since the view from the restaurant and from the territories of the bungalows and water slides, which are a little higher, is simply amazing. A tractor drives around the hotel, takes vacationers to the sea, especially true for bungalows, but we walked. The food, I don’t even know how to describe it, it is very diverse, I especially liked that there were a lot of fish of different types every day and seafood, octopus stew with shrimp is just super, I went three times for an additive, and the chefs always added if some dish ended. Animation Entertainment: every day there was a children's disco, and for adults shows, contests, etc. The hotel is German, Germans and Turks, the main contingent, there were French, some Russians and 1 family from Ukraine. In general, as for me, this hotel is underestimated by our tourist, maybe due to the fact that the staff does not understand Russian. There was not enough wi-fi, it is only in the restaurant, in the lobby and near the pools. We took an excursion from Anex to Greece, to the island of Samos, and there we took a taxi (60-80 euros, as agreed, for 2.5 hours) to see the island, it is very beautiful, I recommend it. And in Ephesus they took a hotel taxi 35 euros back and forth.

The air conditioning in the room worked terribly! ! we lived in a villa with two rooms (living room, bedroom). air conditioning (in the hotel, by the way, central air conditioning, but, in principle, it worked all the time) was in the living room. and the bedroom was always hot! ! almost all the days of our stay, it was simply unbearable to sleep because of the heat... a couple of times we even slept in the living room, although even this did not help, the room is very hot...

Giving tourists a hammam Saray for $35. I'd rather not describe this abomination. If you have a craving for a Turkish bath - do not spoil your vacation, visit the hammam and massage at the hotel. Visit Ephesus, Pamukalle, go to Kusadasi. I think that the hotel will soon become Russian, lose its German status.

The staff is polite, the Turkish bath was very pleasant, the gym is “weak”, but you can work out if you wish, the drinks were locally produced, there really were no juices, take a juicer with you and make your own juice, since there was enough fruit!! ! The food is decent, a lot of Italian cuisine-pizza, lasagna, pasta. etc. The area is very beautiful, the mountains around are beautiful! Capital tour thanks for the organization, everything is clear!
