Arrived very on time at 14.30 and settled only at 16.20, although the hour of settlement from 14.00 (it is not clear why then the eviction at 12.00, they had 2 hours to leave for cleaning). The main advantage of this hotel is the pier and the crystal clear Aegean Sea, although a little cool, you can also change the towels in the room every day and that's it.
Staff 50 to 50 - are polite, but there are those who are constantly dissatisfied with the service of foreigners, and the priority is Turkish vacationers, restaurant - canteen, not dirty but not clean, food - good breakfast, lunch, no dinner, monotonous grill "everything else repeated constantly, only one of the three types of fried fish, enough fruit but without pineapples and kiwi, alcohol in the restaurant is not worn by waiters and you have to go to stand a small queue at the bar, it is not convenient and not the UAI system.


We booked a club CluB Sute with a separate pool for club rooms, but the sunbeds still had to be occupied in the morning as in the shared pool, the water was constantly cool - good for me and good for my wife - no. The mini bar in the room is replenished daily only with mineral water, beer is not replenished at all, and cola and fanta only on the first day of arrival, and the UAI food system, by the way.
(By the way, the refrigerator of the minibar did not work and no one reacted to our remarks, the air conditioner also worked poorly but helped the climate of the Aegean region - cool nights + 23-25 ​ ​ degrees in August! in this hotel only Vip villa and presidential room, I think unacceptable).

In general, the design of the hotel is very pale and stingy, there are few places where you want to take photos other than seascapes. Nobody watches the fitness room, they come in barefoot or in T-shirts, sweaty wet shoes sit on the exercise machines (as well as on the chairs in the restaurant by the way), a tennis table is just one of some chipboard in the yard where the wind is constantly windy. It seems that everything is in the service of the 5 * UAI hotel, but everything is flawed, improper - deception, weak 4 *, although, I repeat, for children there is euphoria and paradise.
