We rested at the hotel from July 13 to July 20.2018 with a 3-year-old child. We went from Coral Travel. The room was Family room limited. We were 4 adults and a child.
Upon arrival, at the airport we were met by representatives of Koral, who explained how to get to the bus. The journey from the airport to the hotel took about 2 hours. Flora Garden is located in the suburbs of Kusadasi and our hotel was the last one on the itinerary. Therefore, tune in for a long road, along the way the bus brings people to different hotels, along the way you get a tour of the hotels.
But when we left for excursions and drove home, the bus came to us first. Because of this, we left the hotel at 23.30 to collect everyone along the way, and the flight was at 4.35 in the morning. It was hard. In the future, I will take into account the location of the hotel from the airport!
We were taken to the hotel on a large comfortable bus, then transferred to a minibus, everyone who was in Flora Garden was already traveling in it. At first, our guide said that she would not go to the hotel with us, she would simply tell us how to fill everything out upon check-in (((Although, she accompanied people to all previous hotels. But then she changed her mind and came with us to the hotel.
The hotel itself is located in the suburbs of Kusadasi, in a small village. Around private houses, cottages for rent, small streets. There is no special infrastructure nearby. The hotel area is not very big, but quite cozy and comfortable.
They don't speak Russian at the reception, only Turkish and English. We arrived around 11:30 and were told there were no rooms available. Will only be from 14.00. But we were very lucky, we met a Russian-speaking girl Masha. Very nice and pleasant, she helped us a lot. Huge thanks to her! Masha worked in the kids club and in the interior of the hotel. With her help, we checked in much earlier than 14.00.
The room, as indicated, had a sea view. Even from the balcony you could see the cottage complex and the view of the mountains. The room is very pleasant, bright and modern. It is comfortable to be in it. The room is exactly the same as in the photo, only in the photo it seems larger, by the way, like the rest of the hotel. In reality, everything is not so large-scale, but still pleasant.
In our Family room limited we had 2 rooms, one of them without windows turns out. 1 large double bed, chair-bed is in a room with a balcony. And in the second room there are two single beds. 2 TVs and 1 air conditioner
Now I will begin the description of the negative moments. One of the main disadvantages of the hotel is poor housekeeping. True, we did not leave a dollar for the maids, maybe because of this it was so. After cleaning, it was clear that the floors were wiped only near the bathroom, and in the room where the beds, apparently, were wiped just to be. Even our footprints were visible before cleaning.
Towels and bedding changed on demand, everything is clean and pleasant. True, towels were not always given to everyone the right amount. We were 4 adults and a child. And on this occasion, at the reception we were told that now a lot of people have settled in and there is not enough for everyone))) It sounds ridiculous for a 5 * hotel.
In the restaurant where we ate, sometimes not quite clean plates and cutlery came across. But I don’t see a very big problem in this, they just took others, clean ones.
Another small minus is that there are not enough playgrounds on the territory of the hotel with swings, slides, where children could play in the fresh air. There is an indoor kids club and a small playground next to it. But I found out about its existence already upon returning home, looking through the photo of the hotel on the website)))
And for me personally, all the same, the minus is a very strong wind on the shore, on the sea. The wind blows almost always. Sometimes on the beach you even want to hide or get dressed. But the heat is very easy to bear. For our vacation, we were lucky for 2 days, there was no wind and the sea was incomparable: quiet, clean, warm.
Now for the good!
Nutrition.
The food is just excellent. Diverse, for every taste. And everything is very tasty. There was meat and fish all the time. Moreover, meat and fish in different forms: steamed, grilled, kebabs.
A wide selection of fruits, cheeses. Olives, yogurt, juices. Lots of salads for all tastes.
The food at the hotel is definitely a big plus!
Entertainment.
Family hotel. Every evening half an hour children's disco. The kids love it. Then the entertainment program. It will definitely not be boring, but I can’t say that it’s super wow-interesting either. During the day you can play volleyball, darts, water polo in the pool. Waterslides. You can go to the gym with a swimming pool.
Beach.
The beach is very good. Wide, spacious, there are always enough sun loungers for everyone. The entrance to the sea is gentle, the bottom is sandy. Just the right choice for kids. To normal depth it is necessary to go to the buoys. Blue flag beach. From the hotel to go to the sea for 5 minutes at a slow pace. The hotel is separated from the beach by a narrow embankment road that stretches along the entire coast.
All in all, I enjoyed my stay here. There are many good memories
