Only positive emotions from the rest!
Checked in on arrival around 10 am.
In the rooms: comfortable beds, table, bedside tables, minibar (refrigerator), telephone, safe, balcony, washbasin, toilet, bath.
Do not forget that with an open balcony, the air conditioner will not turn on, and the room is de-energized if you take out the card from the "pocket". You can't charge your phone while you're walking.
There are rooms with a view of the mountains (and the track) - there are 3 of them on each floor. These are the most unfortunate, in my opinion, rooms (noise from the road).
There are rooms with sea view, also 3 on each floor. Their minus is the sun shines through the window all day, the noise from the beach during the day...
Of the 4 rooms on each floor, the windows face west. To the left is a view of the sea, to the right of the mountains, the noise from the highway is a little audible, but it did not bother us.

The sun shines in the afternoon (towards evening) - just when you need to dry your swimming trunks and towels. You can walk naked, this side is not visible either from the beach or from the main entrance.
The room was not hot, the air conditioner did not turn on, we slept with an open balcony.
A call to prayer is heard several times a day (including at 5 am). Who cares, heal the nerves!
Every time we listened with bated breath to these unusual sounds for our ears.
I'm surprised at the reviews of people who need a constant change of linen and cleaning the rooms... assholes? Do they not change the bed at home every other day?
This I mean that we really liked the service at the hotel, it is unobtrusive.
For a week, we were cleaned 2 times and the bed was changed 1 time (the rest of the days we said: thank you, nothing is needed).
Nobody begged for money! For cleaning, they left both times a dollar on their own initiative.
The guy from the administration helped bring things in, brought a baby bed, helped sort out the safe, gave cards - when we forgot in the room... - to give him $ 5 we had to catch up with him. Extortion of money in this hotel is not involved, despite the fact that everyone is smiling and ready to help.
I think this is the merit of the owner and administrator.
On the last day, something stung the child (in the sea), it looks like a jellyfish, although they have not been seen once in a week.
The leg instantly turned red, irritation began - the staff (who did not speak English) understood everything.
They gave me ice, then smeared it with Bepanthen.
Between lunch and dinner there are 2 snacks, handed out by the pool. Sometimes pizza, hamburgers or fried potatoes with a cutlet. Then take out the buns-cookies.
The hotel has 2 elevators, but from the first day we decided to walk, so as not to get so much better! : )
The hotel is focused on locals. 60-70% of vacationers were Turks.
A couple of Germans, a couple of Englishmen, a family from Serbia, the Baltic states, a few Ukrainians-Russians-Belarusians.
Evenings in the hall are calm and quiet, there are board games, newspapers, TV.

Even considering that there was a World Cup - aggressive drunken Russians singing songs - the hotel was not observed.
The sea is 30 meters from the elevator door.
There are no beach towels, sun loungers and umbrellas are free.
If you need to go to the room (for example, the child wanted to go to the toilet), you can take the elevator in beach clothes.
The hotel has rooms for people with disabilities, there were Turkish families with old people in a stroller, for this the hotel has all the conditions.
The beach is looked after, morning and evening cleaning. With us, guys with masks removed algae and sea urchin stones from the water on the beach.
The entrance to the sea is gradual - something that children need, sand, shells, pebbles - there is something to play with...
You can also go down into the water from the bridge (there are 2 stairs), you can jump into the water.
The water is very warm!
There is a pool. But I'm not a connoisseur of chlorinated water.
There are sun loungers and tables near the pool.
There is a small playground opposite the terrace with tables near the main entrance.
Now the main disadvantage (according to many) is that the hotel has practically no territory!
There is no football field, tennis court, park, no animation and discos.
For a week, our family did not have time for all of the above, so we could not evaluate this shortcoming of the hotel.
There is a poorly working TV, turned on a couple of times. There were Russian channels RTR and RTR24. On the first day, he asked the administrator to set up NTN or Channel 1, he seemed to say that he would try when there was time.
In fact, in order not to fall into the "information vacuum", this is enough.
Wi-Fi is free, available on the floors, but not in all rooms.
On the beach, there were also connection problems when the hotel was 100% full, but in the lobby near the administration there is a good access point - there was always a connection and good speed.
Nearby (near the Shell gas station) there is a supermarket "Juice", we went there out of interest, we bought cashew nuts.
We walked to the town. It was interesting.

We went to Kusadasi-minibus 2 lira per person, 15 minutes to go.
I advise you to visit the mosque, the Caravanserai, the Fortress on the bird's island - it's all free!
I went to the mosque with my wife and child (after the service), the locals are very friendly. They suggested how and what to do, so as not to offend the believers (well, women just don’t go to the mosque).
Very bewitching... leafed through the Koran in Arabic, written from right to left...
A trip to Ephesus + House of the Virgin Mary $ 55 per person. People come from all regions of Turkey, they spend 7-8 hours on the road.
From the hotel to Ephesus 30-45 minutes by bus (depending on how many hotels to call). We left at 7 am and had dinner at the hotel at 2 pm.
So I consider it a MUST when vacationing in this region.
Someone will say that it is cheaper to go by yourself. Perhaps, I don't think so much. Taxi (pay for parking and waiting), entrance tickets, guide (or audio guide)...
I think it's a great place for a quiet, family vacation.
That's why people go on vacation, there is an abundance: the sea, the beach, food, booze.
P. S. only the hotel administrator understands Russian, he and a couple of other people speak English fluently. So "great and mighty" will not help you here.
