We stopped at the very beginning of October, when during the day the temperature rose to 27-33, but at night it was already hot, then cool, so pajamas and socks were not superfluous. Regarding the hotel itself: in the blanket with which I began to cover the child, there was a hole about a centimeter in diameter, all the towels and bedspreads were so shabby that threads stuck out of them, the curtains looked like old rags, the sink was cracked, there was a fungus in the bathroom ( which poses a health hazard), the bedside tables are peeled off, the upholstery of the sofa with holes, cobwebs on the walls - no five. Moreover, we, the family husband + wife and child, were settled in a room with three separate beds, and then they were brazenly surprised that this outraged me (what - in their opinion, should I move the beds?! ). Cleaned mediocre, no swans from the towels and was not in sight! During our entire stay at the hotel, the refrigerator did not work in the room, despite our repeated appeals to the service staff, the hotel manager and the representative of TEZ TOUR Andrey. When the light in the elevator turned off in our building, it was not repaired for more than 2 days - we had to ride in the dark. The hotel manager Andrey is a very impudent person, he does not rush to help, speaks down, puts himself like that. that a priori the hotel is right, not the tourists. Regarding the all-inclusive system: for a safe - a paid safe ($ 1.5) with a key - it's true, ice cream is only given out from 4 to 5.
